Been to a lot of PT places before, but I must say this place is the best. They all seem like one big family, and as soon as you come in, they make you feel like one of the family. Starting with Betty Jo, who always has a smile on her face when you enter, Once you are called in, you are greeted by more smiling faces. Everyone seem to really enjoy their jobs. The team of Ellie, Jen, Fallon, and John are awesome. They are very concerned about your reasons for being there, do their best to make sure they do everything they can to help you achieve their goals.

I found the exercise app very useful when exercising at home due to therapists uploading my exercise plan info which was accessible to me via mobile app. I still do the exercises which have helped strength my legs, back, and neck. They are very knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I have so much more movement, strength and function in my hip since I went to CORA. The therapists at CORA Grand Traverse have provided me with excellent care for pain in my left hip post full replacement. Their program of stretches and strength training gradually progressed and was always challenging. I was always happy working with any of the three regular staffers, Fallon, Jen, and Ellie, and even the subs who occasionally came in. I feel that i have improved and most of the pain is gone. I will continue with the exercises i have learned to build on our gains. I would highly recommend this CORA clinic

In my case I have a full left knee replacement. I was fortunate that Optimotion was aligned with CORA and came to my house for visits right after surgery.
At the 4th visit I was aligned with Ellie at the Traverse Brownwood Location.
Ellie completely understands the Optimotion protocol and has really helped me break through some stubborn issues. Ellie is wonderfully understanding of all the ups and downs and how to fully recover.
The whole team is very friendly and fun and will get you back to your passions!
