I am very impressed with this office and the quality of care. All the staff was very nice and helpful, the office is clean and organized, the wait was minimal. I am so happy I chose to see them, the PA, Ms. Pearson was very knowledgeable, listen to all my questions and complains, answered all of them and I never felt awkward(was my first worry going in)during the examination. I highly recommend them.
Update: I wish I could give 10 stars. I am so appreciative of how much Presley has done for me, all the questions answered every time, the vast amount of knowledge and the way she connects the symptoms to explain them. Wonderful bedside manner too, and upstanding care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sun for over 20 years. I can't say enough about the great care I have experienced. Presley has continued the same great care. She has treated my medical condition several times over the last 3 years. She is very confident, thorough and kind. This is sincerely reassuring when dealing with such personal medical issues. I hope she will continue to practice with Centura Colorectal Surgery!!

My experience with Dr. Sun’s team has been nothing but top notch. Dr. Sun and his PA Whitney have done an excellent job taking care of me from start to finish. Dr. Sun completely eliminated my problem with my pilonidal cyst and I couldn’t be happier. I would 1000% recommend him and his team to anyone dealing with colorectal issues.

I have been very satisfied in my experience with this medical group. Personnel are polite and attentive. Presley is a very thorough and compassionate PA. She is so informative that any questions you were inclined to ask she's probably already covered them with you during the exam. I highly recommend them.

Presley was basically responsible for saving my life. I had another doctor I was seeing before I came to this office. The original Dr missed my Cancer twice and told me there was nothing wrong even though I was bleeding. Fast forward Presley found my cancer in less than 5 minutes in the office and set me up for my surgeries and procedures. Today I am Cancer free because of her actions and findings. This was a follow up and she if very excellent at following through and assuring nothing negative is going on. Wish I found this office sooner…Thank you Presley and Dr John Sun!

I saw Dr. Pearson today for two issues, overall pleasant experience from scheduling, to office, to visit with the doctor. Office staff was quick (in a good way) and polite. I will have to wait another week to do further testings but it is for a good reason. I am worried about waiting to schedule because the schedule is so busy, but there are only so many doctors so this is understandable and not at all anyone’s fault! Dr. Pearson assured me they will do the best they could for that. I felt comfortable, not rushed, and she is wanting to do further testing to rule out some possible causes which is comforting to know, plus a follow up with my other issue if it persists after the first is resolved. She even personally gave me a call after I asked the office a question to make sure I wasn’t confused, which wasn’t expected and so nice of her to do! She gave me some at home suggestions to do while waiting for further scheduling, she is kind, comforting, and knowledgeable. Thank you very much!

Dr. Chapman has a kind and thoughtful bedside manner. He explains everything in terms I can understand and it didn’t feel like a drive through appointment. He took notes and gave them to me to reference after the appointment ended. Highly recommend him
