I was very on edge about going to see Dr Becker this morning after reading all the bad reviews. I already have high anxiety when it comes to new doctors. I was seen in the Rincon office. And I was very pleasantly surprised. They took me back with in 15 minutes of my appointment time. I was never alone more than 5 minutes if that long. The tech who did my in processing and X-rays was super friendly and encouraging. I wish I had gotten his name. Dr Becker was very nice as well. He took time to explain my X-ray results and all of my many questions along with examining my foot. He gave me lots of advice on fixing my issue. When he left I was seen immediately by the nurse who retrieved things Dr Becker ordered for me and some print offs on some stretches I could do to help my problem. The lady who checked me out at the end was also very patient as we negotiated a day I could come back. Over all I left feeling confident that my foot would be ok.

Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Total waste of time. Booked an appointment for my wife, but after waiting for an hour and not even being called back she asked about the delay. She was told very rudely that they “have a lot of patients to see.” She was so frustrated that she just ended up leaving. Maybe not a doctor but our time is valuable as well. Respect yourself and find somewhere else to get treatment.

Please take your care somewhere else, unless you have hours to waste. I had to leave without being seen because I had another appointment somewhere else. I completed the paperwork online for convenience. However, I still arrived 15 minutes early since I was a new patient. I sat in the waiting room, and nobody came out from the back to greet me until 2:30, which was my appointment time. They asked me a few questions, and went back to the back. They came back with a handful of paperwork, claiming my online registration didn’t go through. It took me 25 minutes to complete it all. Nobody came and collected it for another 15 minutes. I asked how much longer it would be since it was 40 minutes after my appointment time, and they said it would be a while. So, I left before without being seen. I will GLADLY take my care and my business elsewhere. I will never be coming here again, and I highly recommend everyone to go anywhere else. You’ll probably get taken care of a lot quicker.

Just the next patient..
I opted to see Dr. Becker due to my original Dr. being unavailable.

After waiting almost an hour for my visit, I hear just before the knock came “FINALLY, last one”.. jokingly I retorted “BEST ONE!”, but would he have known how perturb I already was after waiting to see him, I’m sure (or hope so) his entry would have been more welcoming. My chart was not read thoroughly previously because the remedy offered was a prescription I previously disclosed that I could not take (lamisil). All others remedies I was told would have to be over the counter as there was nothing prescribed he could provide (I’ve had creams as well as applicants prescribed in the past so this felt dishonest and more or less a brush off). Nothing for my dry cracked feet either.. Dr. Gale asked that I bring in a pair of shoes that I wear often because he diagnosed me with a condition that caused numbness in the ball of my feet that we wanted to try a wedge on, when disclosing this to Dr. Becker (this should have been in the chart) he immediately stated that was his colleague and not him but didn’t offer to do the same.

It was a waste of my time, a waste of my money.. and I am extremely disappointed.

Had to see a foot doctor outside of where I normally go. The staff was courteous, that wasn't the problem. The problem was is that I asked the doctor to fill out some papers for me that I needed ASAP!!! He gave them to his assistant to fill out. I've been waiting on this paper work for a week now. I call and all they can say is that they was waiting on the Dr to sign the papers. Which was sitting on his desk since Friday. I feel that is so inconsiderate and rude. I don't think I will never visit this place again.

Dr Becker was very polite and informative about my foot. His staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend him as a doctor. I was happy that he did not automatically suggest surgery like some doctors do and found alternative methods to treat my situation.

Just another Doctor who tries to get as much money out of you as he can,gets you a brace for your foot for $119 when you can order one online for under $30 not going back there for sure
