I highly recommend Dr Rickman he took care of my mother, oldest sister .
I been seeing him since he started here in Valdosta many years ago. DR Rickman is very kind compassionate and caring about my health is never rushed the visit. Whenever I have a question about a medication or my health overall he sits and takes time to explain Also have no problems with prescriptions being sent Also, if I’m running short on medication that I have to be on the pharmacy has no problem with them responding . He also reads and responds to my concerns,on the my chart .

I have tried coming to pick up new patient paperwork four times. I have came before lunch five minutes before closing, and they were already closed or they were walking out the back as I am proceeding to knock on the door they continuously ignored me and walked out the back when all I needed was a packet. This is quite ridiculous and unprofessional. One of the staff seen me standing at the door as she was driving off and she stopped her car like she was going to say something to me however she didn’t and proceeded to drive off. I have gotten off my job three times , trying to do this and when I call it says that their lunch is from 12 to one but when you arrive there, they have a note on the door stating that the lunch is from 12 to 130.

Dr Rickman saw me in during my husbands appointment. His willingness to assist when I knew I was ill was wonderful. His staff is always pleasant. Challenges with medications was due to insurance coverage and they worked with us to more easily resolve!
