Bad experience. Got billed for $200 when I was visiting for a preventive care test. Got a prescription to justify the charge that I didn't ask for and never used. Looking in reviews of how other people are getting scammed there, I think I am lucky with this small charge. Sure, NP Nida was aware that I came only for a preventive care test that was covered by my insurance. She could mention that I will be charged for an office visit. Zero transparency in this clinic. Never back again.

Best doctor’s office visit ever! Everyone is so friendly. You can feel the joy and positive energy throughout the office. My provider was very positive and really listened to me. I never take time to write reviews unless it’s really good or really bad. My experience today was exemplary!

Dr Oliver spends the necessary time needed to explain my medical problems and help me to understand. She also shows compassion for my complicated medical issues and works with me regarding specialist referrals and my medication regimen. The entire staff from the front desk to Dr Usman are just amazing. I’ve been going for about a year now. I have NEVER had anything less than exceptional care. Zero wait time, the nurse walks you back and gets everything ready for Dr Usman who comes in as the nurse is leaving. Dr Usman listens without interrupting, explains stuff in detail in layman’s terms. Extremely knowledgeable.

Absolutely love this practice I’ve never had any issues with scheduling an apt and if I had an emergency they are always there to see me right away. The staff are phenomenal they make you feel so comfortable the moment you walk in. The office is very clean, nice, and cozy you can tell the people love what they do there and it shows ..the doctors and practitioners take care of you and are genuine. I definitely recommend if you are new to the area and want to find a place you can trust this is where you want to be.

I had a highly disappointing and disheartening experience at this clinic during my recent visit with Dr. Uzman. I came to this appointment seeking a primary care physician who could oversee my healthcare needs, including my prescription for Adderall, as I have been diagnosed with ADHD since the age of six and Major Depressive Disorder since the age of 23. I took great care to prepare for this visit, including verifying with the clinic in advance that they could handle my prescriptions and bringing referral paperwork from my current PCP.

The visit began positively. The front desk staff and the nurse taking my vitals were friendly and professional. However, my interaction with Dr. Uzman was upsetting and left me feeling embarrassed and judged. Despite explaining my situation clearly—that I was looking for a single provider to manage my healthcare needs to reduce costs and streamline care—Dr. Uzman seemed dismissive and uninterested. He did not ask to see my referral paperwork or engage in a meaningful discussion about my diagnosis or history. Instead, he repeatedly questioned why I was there and focused on the medication I needed rather than my overall health or concerns.

When I explained that my current PCP had recommended I find a provider who manages adult ADHD and stimulants, he informed me he only prescribes non-stimulants and decided to cancel the appointment. While I accepted his position respectfully, I was frustrated given that I had verified this information in advance and adjusted my work schedule to attend the appointment.

The most troubling part of this visit occurred as I was checking out. While I was waiting to void my payment, Dr. Uzman was in my line of sight, speaking with a female colleague. He removed his mask, turned his back to me, and appeared to speak about me. His colleague laughed audibly and, upon noticing I could see them, covered her mouth while continuing their conversation. This behavior left me feeling deeply humiliated and disrespected.

I want to make it clear that I was not there to “ask for pills,” as this behavior seemed to suggest. I have a documented diagnosis and a history of responsible treatment. I was simply seeking a provider who could address my health holistically while managing my existing prescriptions.

This experience was unprofessional and hurtful. Patients should never be made to feel embarrassed or judged, especially by healthcare professionals. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and ensures all patients are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve and not them leaving embarrassed, being judged, and ultimately hurt by your practice!

Kathryn, nurse practitioner, was so great. She listened, made suggestions and wanted to know I was good with the suggestions. Also made sure I knew if another appointment was being made and the reason for the appointment.
