I actually left Primary Care just so my family would have one doctors office then came back because I didn't like the other place! Lori Pope has always treated me great! Got my blood pressure issues figured out and has always been kind. Never had a bad experience here. Definitely 5 stars! Don't buy into the negative reviews! Chasity is great as well!

My appointment for refills ONLY was at 3:45 pm! I arrived at 3:35pm. It is now 6:31pm and I am still here waiting to be seen. They had multiple people scheduled for 3:45 with the same Doctor. Definitely going to start looking for another practice to go to. This is beyond frustrating!

Lori Pope, NP - from the moment she walked in she was hurried and impersonal. She never asked any follow up questions about any of my health concerns. I got no resolutions to my concerns about low oxygen levels, an erratic heartbeat, and an extensive family history of autoimmune diseases. I got no resolutions at all actually. She came, I spoke, and then I paid for nothing, and left.

The worst part was when I delved into my mental health struggles, a very hard subject to even talk about, she replied cruelly with, "wow, that's a lot."
I felt so uncared for that I literally teared up on my way out.
I would never recommend her to anyone.

I also waited an hour past my appointment time for what was in the end a 5 minute appointment.

Great experience, fast and helpful, Dr. Chasity Brock is the best! She actually listens to you and is extremely easy to talk to. I am very pleased and will be using her as my primary Doctor!!!!!!

I love chastity ! She's been taking care of me for years and is always on the nose when she treats me for an illness! No long wait time at least I have never seen ppl waiting a long time!reception and nurses are friendly as well! I thank god for them on the regular!

I just left primary care of Bremen and saw a new doctor, Lori Pope and she was the WORST doctor I've ever seen. She was rude and wouldn't listen to anything I was saying. If she could have gotten off her high horse for just a second maybe I could have gotten her to understand what I was trying to say. Needless to say I will never see anyone but Chasity Brock again. Wish I could give this lower than 1 star but it won't let me.
