I had a great experience with First Look MRI. I was able to book within a day for a whole-body MRI, using the website. I did not have to wait upon arrival. The MRI process was easy and the personnel friendly and professional. The facility is nice and spotlessly clean.
After the test was completed I was given my disc with the MRI images. The radiologist called me very shortly after my appointment and I received the report within one hour by email. I won't hesitate to use their service again.

This was the best experience, immediately after a doctor recommended an MRI I made an appointment, same day 1-1/2 hours later. That was so wonderful because I drove 2 hours in to Atlanta to see the doctor and did not want to have to come back for a MRI. I just went to their website and very easily made the appointment. My doctor recommended First Look saying that his patients had great experiences and they told him it was less expensive than using insurance. The staff was so nice and professional. They gave me a CD of the images and I drove them back to the doctor and had the diagnoses from him that day!

I had a smooth and pleasant MRI experience.
I was able to book my knee MRI the same day and arrived maybe a couple minutes early, and they were ready for me (you know how sometimes same day online bookings can be overlooked? Not with them!).
Dr. Gay was running the scams that day and had everything all ready to go, so I was in the scanner basically as quickly as I could complete my intake questionnaire and consent. I was back in my car within a half hour and had my results within a couple hours.
The space was clean and comfortable, Dr Gay and his staff were pleasant and efficient. The result I read was clearly formatted, and I have enough anatomy and physiology knowledge to have an idea what it meant, but the forgetting and language were clear enough that pasting phrases into a web search turned results that helped me get a better understanding, and I imagine it'll be easily understood by an orthopod when I ask them to review my scan and prescribe a treatment.
Overall, the entire process was easy and pleasant in terms of customer experience and clinical information. I won't hesitate to visit them again, if I need another scan like this!

First Look MRI made the entire process so easy. Facility was clean and nice. Technician was very pleasant. And most surprisingly I got a phone call from the radiologist within a few hours of my appointment. Definitely will be recommending to others. Even though they don't take insurance my cost was still cheaper if I had gone through my insurance and I could guarantee that I would have had to wait for an appointment and would have had to wait for the results.

Fantastic experience. Came in with sudden lower back pain and didn't want to wait on authorizations for insurance. Well priced for a single area to avoid that hassle. They had availability the next day which also allowed me to see a doctor quickly because I didn't need a longer appointment for imaging. Tech was nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Would highly recommend

I was in Atlanta from out of town and needed an MRI quickly due to a fall. I was able to book with no issues, the front desk staff and MRI tech were lovely, the facility is clean and modern and I got the report within a few hours of my scan. Thank you to everyone there who helped me in my time of need. My only complaint is that there isn't a First Look MRI in my hometown!

I've had PRP treatments twice before at other clinics, and they weren't the most pleasant experiences. However, my visit here was completely different. Josh took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the injection process, making me feel comfortable and informed. I barely felt any pain, which was a huge relief. I highly recommend this clinic!

I was really nervous about getting an MRI, but the technologist Renita was extremely comforting and friendly. The office itself is super nice, clean, and includes snacks and drinks. The radiologist called me very shortly after my appointment and walked me through my results. I am so happy with my experience!
