what can i say about kelly taylor, she is the best PT i've ever worked with. she's professional, laid back and attentive. i'm not a fan of tandem therapy with other patients but she was really good about making it seamless. the front desk coordinator maria was also very patient with my schedule and always friendly. whenever i had last minute emergencies she was more than happy to help me find another time.

kelly is also really great about mixing up the exercises so i didn't get bored. many PTs will put you on a treadmill to warm up for 10 min or bike but she didn't. she assesses if there is an issue when you arive and you either stretch, get manual therapy or dry needling prior to exercising in order to get you ready for the pt.

i prefer to look at the exercise sheets of instruction at home/gym. she patiently recompiled the workout plans in print-outs many times as we progressed adding harder exercises with instructions.

i've been to a few PTs over my life and she by far blows them all away, even above and beyond the specialized PT i've had. i'm sure there is going to be somethign else i remember after i post this but hopefully it's enough of a glowing review for you to understand this woman is fantastic and you would be fortunate to get her as your PT custodian.

Love this location. have seen Kelly multiple times and she’s always fixed my issues while being very understanding, thorough, and explaining everything to me in detail. She is very good at this. I’ve gone to other PT practices and have received poor treatment, little explanation of what we were doing and why, and basically was treated as an afterthought. This is not the case here. Highly recommend Kelly and PT Chamblee!

Dr. Taylor is extremely kind and a sincere professional. She is well versed in current research for a holistic approach towards your care. She will challenge you to grow and improve and offer gentle corrections and help with body positioning when nessissary. If you need an excellent physical therapist, look no further. Be honest and consistent, and you will see growth. Her admin staff, Heather, is friendly and consistent as well, so if you need to reschedule or make an appointment, know you are in good care.

Edit 9/11 2023 - I have continued to improve with the guidance and still experiance none of the chronic pain I was experiencing before, I was running at a 6 min mile pace and have improved my aductors and hip flexor, I was a 30 pounds with much less flexibility 6 months ago and now the Edit is at the planet fitness I was training at.

Honestly, I could not have hoped for a better experience than what I've had with PT Solutions of Chamblee. Kelly was patient, thorough, and supportive through the whole process. Everyone on staff was friendly and just fantastic.
I was able to recover from an injury after someone crashed into me relatively quickly with the regimen Kelly had me do.
This is absolutely the best team here.

The physical therapy team at PT Solutions are the best. Kelly and Drew give patient-centered care that's personal, supportive, and results drive. I saw them for a back issue that was building up after many irresponsible hours sitting at a desk. After a month of working with them I felt healthier and stronger, with my mobility back and better than before. I don't think I have ever been to a clinic so pleasant in my life. Just walking in to this location is a weight off my shoulders from my hectic work day. The open glass bay windows and atmosphere is so refreshing and energizing.

I have never met kinder and more down to earth people in my life. They have helped me tremendously in my postpartum recovery for my back and shoulder pain and posture and strength. They were always flexible with my schedule and very understanding when emergencies popped up. If I could afford to come here weekly outside of my health insurance, I would, just to get a breath of fresh air.

Mark, Kelly, Erin, and even Abby and receptionist Heather genuinely care about my well being and make me wish I could hang out with them outside of the clinical space.

My insurance will be graduating me out of my program next week, about 6 months since I started PT. (I think I actually recovered after maybe 3 months - but they helped me get approved for more sessions).

I am seriously going to miss you guys and I highly recommend this space to people of all ages and physical wellness.
