This place is great. I wish the provider (Kaleena, PA) worked at a primary care place so I could go see her regularly, she was awesome. Spent time making sure I was comfortable and that I understood next steps. Front desk was lovely. No complaints.

We had two appointments on two different days for my wife, Lauren, and I. Waiting is expected, but they kept us informed with regular communications and called us when they were ready for us. Much thanks to Dr. Kaleena Saladna and all the staff that are so friendly and multiple follow up calls to give us test results and check on us. Thank you for taking care of us ❤️?

Arrived shortly after lunch and there was a 3 hour wait. The assistant immediately offered me an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait. Received thorough attention from the doctor later when I returned. She asked good questions and took time to understand my health history and current symptoms. Overall, positive experience. Good patient service.

I went in because I had shortness of breath, I was dizzy, my throat was sore, my head was spinning and I could barely stay awake. I was scared. Upon waiting almost 2 hours to be seen, I was informed that my insurance was not active. I could barely speak so I asked if the could just bill me. They literally were asking me about payment and could see I was sweating and could barely keep my balance. Ultimately, they said they couldn’t see me and I had to leave if I could not pay. I know my rights and this is insane! I am a citizen of this country and to be turned away without care pisses me off! I am definitely making a complaint with the medical board. I have NEVER been turned away for medical care before and it sucks. I was too lethargic to even react. I did my research, spoke to a lawyer and found out I have a case. I don’t wish this poor service on anyone!
