I went to this office in October 2023. They overcharged me and are refusing to refund me the overpayment. I have been calling for months and so has my company's benefits department. Atlanta Foot Care is giving us all the run around. They tell me the owner sends refund checks from their home and it will be "a couple of weeks" before it's sent out. It's been months of this. Do not go to this office. Do not see these doctors. Do not give them your business.

Dr. Jessica Brown was informative, kind, and patient. She was transparent and I appreciated her depth of knowledge. She went into explaining and teaching me about our joints, bones and muscles and even provided supplementary reading on daily stretches to take home.
I left purchasing a new pair of soles. I know it's temporary but it will buy me sometime until I can return and make the real investment in custom soles.
I knocked down a star because there was some wait time to see the doctor. That is perhaps something of my doing since the appt. was made through Zoc Doc and not them directly.

The staff was so friendly! Dr Jessica Brown took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and that I understood all options and after care instructions. And there was almost no waiting. The whole appointment was very quick, while never feeling at all rushed

my son had an ingrown toenail. I was able to scheldule an appointment for him the next day (other places had a long wait time) and his issue was resolved on the first visit. The doctor was very nice and knowledgable and provided excelent service!

Didn’t move forward with procedure because front desk staff didn’t call to verify my insurance after 1 week and doctor didn’t respond to my request to call me regarding follow up questions prior to procedure. Due to lack of response I asked front desk to forward my records to another physician office…never happened. Additionally, after I personally contacted my insurance company, they confirmed that I was overcharged during my initial visit. Still no call back 1 month later. Replace the front desk personnel who doesn’t follow up and isn’t knowledgeable about insurance billing.

Similar to other reviews, I showed up for an appointment with Dr Stoll, only to be told that he wasn’t in the office this week. We didn’t receive a call to cancel or reschedule the appointment. They then tried to schedule an x-ray before ever seeing a doctor. The office seemed disorganized overall.

Left after an hour and a half and response when I said I was leaving was "no problem".
Advised once after 45 minutes that doctor will be with you shortly. Had to endure "Family Feud" playing extra loud on TV. No one else in waiting room. Why have an appointment? Parking was $ 6.00.
