Dr Sena is great! During my consultation he listened to my concerns and what I wanted, and we got a surgery date scheduled right away! The ladies at the front desk are also very polite!
Dr Sena preformed a tummy tuck on me 2 days ago and it was such a great experience, I also appreciate the fact Dr Sena himself called me the next day to check in on me! I would 100% recommend anyone here!

Dr. Sena recently performed a complicated procedure on me. I chose him as my surgeon after a referral from my primary care physician, in addition to positive reviews I obtained from local medical professionals in my network.

Prior to my procedure, I gathered as much information as possible, and Dr. Sena clearly communicated to me all of the potential risks. Going into this experience, I fully understood that complications are indeed possible and can happen to anyone...regardless of any surgeon’s talent and due-diligence.

That said, although my surgery went well, I developed a fairly common infection early in the healing process. Dr. Sena went above and beyond to remedy this problem. He saw me multiple times after hours and on weekends, and ultimately performed two more surgical procedures. Not only did Dr. Sena successfully resolve the infection, he also took great care to ensure a satisfactory outcome and aesthetically pleasing result, despite complications.

Overall, my experience with Dr. Sena was truly phenomenal. He is the “real deal”—a talented and knowledgeable, yet quietly humble surgeon who provides excellent care and exhibits genuine compassion for his patients. From start to finish, I was well cared for, and I highly recommend Dr. Sena as of one of Connecticut’s very best cosmetic surgeons. Five years ago, I had a blepharoplasty cosmetic surgery of the eyelid, with Dr. Sena Thomas. He totally disfigured my eyes. Didn’t want to wright a review about my surgery because I have being so depressed. Went to many doctors to see if I can have a revision surgery to fix his horrible job. No one wants to touch my eyes. I remember I went back to doctor Sena to see if he can help me, he said” he doesn’t know what to do, and he will check with some other doctors since he is going to a conference”. Never get back to me. I have been wearying classes to cover up my eyes. So depressed. Please, don’t go to him. I looked way much better before the surgery.

Dr. Sena recently performed a procedure on me. Not only does he have impeccable bedside manner, but he took the time to answer any and all questions my family and I had.
