We took our daughter to the ER here about a week ago to get some stiches. The PA, her nurse Meghan, and the xray tech all did a phenomenal job with her. Her nurse Meghan even went out her way to interact with her and put cartoons on for her. Very quick to start pain medication. Everyone was extremely sweet and attentive to her. My daughter had no pain receiving her stitches. She slept through it. The only complaint is I asked and questioned why they wouldn’t put her on an antibiotic given her injury. The PA argued and said it was not necessary, but her pediatrician put her on one today and said it is now infected. We were in and out the ER in less than 2 hours ?

My daughter Liberty, got injured at my gym nursery, and Lauren from triage was an absolute saving grace. There were no rooms available and my daughter is only 3 so she set us up in a mini room so we didn’t have to go back into the waiting room with a screaming child! It was so thoughtful, and we had 2 doctors and a radiologist help her! It was a great experience considering my little girl got her arm back in place and we walked out with a healthy child! I am so grateful to the staff! Everyone was so professional and it is a great hospital!

If I could give this hospital 0 stars then I would because this is absolutely the worst hospital ever. Most of the doctors are stuck up and talk a lot of crap about patients and a few nurses does too. I went to this hospital for years and from my experience I was able to see others as well and I was able to tell that it was not good at all for them. Every time I went to this god awful hospital I waited for hours just to be seen and so did everyone else and sometimes they just sent me home because they thought I was fine when I wasn’t and was diagnosed with medical conditions later on. There is only a few good people that work at this hospital that treat people with decency and most are nurses. One doctor there is really racist so beware of him. All this place cares about is money and most of the doctors in this hospital work for themselves and that’s why this hospital even has a disclaimer that they aren’t responsible for how they act. Do not go here and I sincerely hope that they change everything around or just close it down and open a new hospital because all of my experiences was horrible. And to be honest I don’t trust these doctors with my life because of how they act so I’m never going here again unless I have no choice of course. This place has a lot of evil rude people that work there and it’s like they have no soul at all. Shame on them

Hands down to professional medical services at Liberty Regional Medical Center.

Last week I witness my friend delivered here and I have to say for someone like me from Ghana and having witnessed such professionalism in this hospital, I don’t even know how I can take myself to hospital in my country anymore.

This is a hospital where medical professionals makes you feel at home and not have anything to worry about.
I could literally feel the joy they exhibited in their work and talk is passion in what they do.

Goodness I pray for such top notch service delivery in Ghana and the rest of Africa.

Big shoutout to the medical team at the prenatal unite. God bless you all for truly giving your all out to serve.

I have never experienced anything like this. I went to the ER last night in excruciating pain in my abdomen, and the treatment I received was horrendous. I arrived at 9 p.m. and did not see a doctor until 11 p.m., nearly midnight. I was in severe pain, and no one seemed to care. The staff were completely unprofessional; they were careless and impolite. The hospital itself was filthy and disgusting; I would not recommend anyone to come here. Go elsewhere where because they don’t care about you here!

Front desk very rude and hen trying to register/check in for an Ultrasound appointment. Then was charged without being informed of the pending charge when scheduling the appointment. Lastly I have a pending bill that I have been paying and when someone called to discuss the bill it was hard to even make out what he was saying as literally he didn’t even seem to speak fluent English and makes me feel like it’s a spam call. Staff act like they can treat you any disrespectful way they want. I work in a Hospital setting and I would be embarrassed if I saw my co workers treat people like they do here. If you don’t like your job don’t be there!

This place is a joke if you don't wanna die don't go here. I was up there for hours on in my machine kept going off non stop my oxygen level was steady dropping in the upper 70s than went to the 80s machine steady going on non stop not one nurse came to check on me I told them repeatedly I was having trouble breathing they kept ignoring me my blood pressure was 211/117 still they wasn't doing anything for me. I gave them proof that I was in stage 2 of black mold contamination and they still ignored anything I said. I asked to file a grievance with the environmental emergency protection to get the treatment I needed the Dr told me well maybe you should of went to Savannah memorial for better treatment. When I told them I was leaving due to the fact they was ignoring the fact that I needed help breathing they said that they was calling the police. Calling the police due to the fact that your not doing your job and looking after your patients that needed help breathing with they're oxygen level steady dropping but you choose to set behind the desk and ignore it. I do not advise anyone to go here you will be ignored nor will you get the treatment you need. Not to mention they took my IV out at there desk very unsanitized the nurse didn't have on gloves the other nurse stated I have to hold my tounge before I say something rude. I will be contacting higher up management and contacting an attorney for refusal of treatment and not helping me when I needed help to breathe. I am not a Dr nor am I a nurse but refusing someone medical help is medical Mel practice.
