A very professional establishment. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, with little to no waiting. The atmosphere is welcoming, with great music to help during your therapy sessions. I would definitely recommend Healing Hands to anyone in need.

A fine staff, the therapists you see and interact with will make you push yourself but the art of it is to bring as much fun and laughter into it to ease the discomfort of rehabilitation. What is not seen are the staff behind the scenes that make things happen. I finished my therapy and on my final visit everyone made sure that I was expected to return for visits and I would be welcomed. My therapy continues as I participate in the activities I did before my injury and I was coached in the methods and alternative forms of activities I could consider. So, the therapy and the coaching continues even if after I was no longer an active patient, Thanks Guys! I hope I can post more photos of the things you helped make happen again. Staff was pleasant and nice to work with. My problem was with billing. I was private pay since my insurance didn’t cover the service I received. I paid for each appointment at the time of service, but weeks after discontinuing service due to improvement (and to be honest the actual cost of each appointment being unreasonable for out of pocket pay for me) I received a bill stating that I owed an additional $36/visit beyond what I had paid at the appointment. I can’t for the life of me figure out how I could owe more money on top of what I had already paid. Maybe it was in the fine print, but this was definitely an expensive series of appointments and it’ll make me think twice about pursuing PT in the future.
It’s so sad that it has to be so expensive. And extra surprise bills are never any fun.

The staff there is very knowledgeable and helpful about the ins and outs with the road to recovery. There is no third party who handles the paperwork which causes even more wait time for the patient. Rebecca greets all their patients with love and a smile. Eddy, who is the massage therapist thoroughly knows what he is doing(I feel he has healing hands) and target the pressure points to get your body better than it was before. The other staff members make the patients feel comfortable with their ailment and encourages them it is not a race, but a marathon(at your own pace).

Overall, my experience at Healing Hands has been beyond my expectations. From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by Rebecca, you are given number one priority. They are a phenomenal staff to work with and their professionalism is unsurpassed. The exercises they designed for my post surgical shoulder, improved my mobility after just a few sessions. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they treat you like you are a member of their family. Thank you so much Scott, Erin, Courtney, Jennifer, and Ashley.

The staff and therapist were so welcoming, kind & knowledgeable. They also have a great sense of humor which makes for a comfortable atmosphere when you are in pain. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and would go back in the future if the need arises. They're GREAT!

This isn't a "feel good/relax" massage. It hurts. It hurts like hell....but that's why it works. Therapy isn't easy. Therapy doesn't always feel good. In my experience, therapy hurts so much at first, but gets easier over time. They know all that here. They do good work.

This is the most caring facility in Augusta.The combination of professional skill and poise and the gentle support really encourage me in my part of pt. I feel I made progressive improvement in my physical state and relief of pain because of their attention to the work. I would recommend Helping aHands to anyone seeking high caliber pt.Also the have a transportation service for those who need a ride.
