Dr. Davis and her entire team are/were amazing from start to finish of my treatment. I always saw her assistant, Jose, and he was always cheerful and friendly at every visit. Jose always made me aware of anything and everything we did during each visit (for 12 months!). Dr. Davis really cared about helping me get to my end goal of treatment. She is very detailed and I love that about her, she strives for perfection in her treatments and that made me feel valued. I will miss seeing them for adjustments every 6 weeks, but I am so happy with my end result!!!

Staff and doctors are friendly and competent. The in-office wait times are often long and making an appointment is difficult, especially if you need to cancel and rebook. They are only open two days a week and if you need to rebook you’ll be waiting over a month for a new appointment slot which isn’t the most convenient or productive with Invisalign, braces, or other orthodontic timelines.

The staff is great, but they are only open 2 days a week (Monday and Wednesday). You will NEVER get taken back to your appointment on time unless you're one of the first people in the mornings (7:30 am). Sometimes you're waiting 45 minutes before they take you back. Had I known this, I would have gone to a different Ortho that was open all week. Again, great people, they just don't schedule properly. They overbook their people because they are only open 2 days a week. A lot of the time you can't even find a place to sit in the waiting room. For emergency visits, you may have to go to another location.
