I had the best experience with Premier Image Cosmetic & Laser Surgery and with Dr. Louis DeJoseph. I could not be happier with the results of my procedure. Everyone is telling me that I look 20 years (or more) younger. Dr. DeJoseph and his staff are excellent at walking you through your options and the process and making sure everything is explained and runs smooth. Totally recommend.

I Live in Charleston, SC and it is worth the drive. I would not go to anyone else. All four of my kids had their noses done, and now I just had a procedure. Dr. Dejoseph and all the Nurses are amazing! Highly, Highly recommend!?

Love, love, love going for consultations at and receiving treatment from Premier Image, and, personally, from Dr DeJoseph. One does not feel intimated or pressured into making such important cosmetic decisions. The staff, particularly Dr DeJoseph and Jenny make you feel comfortable and are non-judgmental while clearly explaining options that best suit your desires. Would refer this clinic to anyone without reservation. I've always been more than pleased with results I've experienced from previous treatments over the years. One couldn't ask for a safer, pristine environment or more comfortable, efficient group of practitioners to trust with ones cosmetic needs.
