Overall, very clean, modern, Dr. Burke has excellent bedside manners when it comes to you as a person and not just a patient. I was impressed with being able to have labs done in the room and the lab was on site. The MA could have been nicer as it pertains to being friendly but that can’t be taught. I will definitely be returning; I’ve finally found a doctor that cares!

Village Medical in Stone Mountain, Ga ( Walgreens building) is a warm welcoming environment! The front desk staff is professional and informed. The Medical staff is patient , knowledgeable and professional as well. Mrs Burke, NP , is the epitome of what I want a medical professional to be.. to understand me as a person first and treat me as a patient in need of the highest level of care and concern. I look forward to seeing her when I am in need of medical care.

As bad as I was feeling, I was ridiculously and pleasantly surprised to be welcomed at the last minute at the Walgreens Village Medical location. It was Swift and easy and everybody was so empathetic and kind. I was so relieved to find out that I did not in fact had have covid or flu. But that my bronchitis was treatable and I already feel better with the meds that I was given earlier today. I feel blessed that they took care of me today and for me to take the time to do this with how rough I'm feeling is really saying a lot! So thank you everyone there.

I love this office. The staff is always friendly, professional and helpful. It takes me 30 to 45 minutes to get to Five Fork Trickum location. I choose this location because of Dr Joseph Nyankum. He is one of the best doctors I have every ha
. He is excellent at his job and is compassionate, professional, and with a great sense of humor. He makes you feel like the only patient he has. Amazing

My experience with all the personnel at the Stone Mountain Office was exceptional. My experience with their call service was terrible. I explained that I had an emergency, I had fallen and was in terrible pain. I needed my doctor’s advice on what he thought I should do. I asked to speak with someone at the Stone Mountain office. I was told that wasn’t possible. They could take a message and have him return my call in probably 24 hrs. I said I could not wait that long. I begged them to connect me with the office. They refused. Well, no one ever called me back. I went to the ER and called my neurosurgeon and asked what I should do. They answered immediately and gave me advice. The answering service is inadequate and their survey at the end of the call is a joke. I never got to relay what happened or that my problem was not solved. All it asked was the person on the phone polite. My advice is if you need to be able to get in touch with your doctor, do not go to a Village Medical Service Center, choose another doctor.

I was greeted by name the minute I walked in. Only waited a few minutes. Dr. CRENSHAW is great, hate to see her retire, wish her the best. Hope I like Dr. Oprysko as well. Very pleased with Village Medical.
