This is my place to go. I love the doctors! The doctors take the time with you that makes you feel seen and heard. I wish I had a favorite but they are equally great. It would be a great loss if you were to lose them, so keep THEM HAPPY!

My visit was for a broken arm. The staff was very quick to get me registered into the system. The nurses and X-ray team worked together fast and tried to help me to have as little pain as possible, the doctor came in several times keeping informed on my X-ray results and what was next to happen. I was very happy with my 1st visit and would refer this emergency hospital unit to anyone needing fast and caring needs. Thank you all for your wonderful bedside manners.

It was a very busy morning on a Sunday with lots of sick people waiting to be seen. For most places they would have been overwhelmed. The staff was very patient and caring throughout my whole process. The only recommendation is they could have had another medical staff member for the large crowd. Again the whole staff was great.

I'm one to never go to the doctor because I just dont like the process but the staff at Atrium urgent care and primary care are wonderful people that make your visit pleasant. And they make sure you understand everything about why you are there.

Dr Yeager is the best doctor I have ever seen in my life and I am almost 70 years old.
He is kind, caring & extremely knowledgeable!! I love him.

Wait time in lobby was pretty accurate......but once we got in our own private room we had little bit of waiting. But other than that. Nurse was nice. Dr was friendly. And got us out of there quickly once we seen the doctor

You can't go wrong coming here. Your not rushed. The staff don't have this exasperated attitude as if your taking up their time. They stop and patiently listen to your questions amidst your whines lamatations and truly try to help the best way possible. I can only give 5 stars bc they don't go higher than that. As far as I'm concerned they deserve 10.

I've been to this Urgent Care facility 2 times so far, and can say that they have some sharp people working there. One instance was serious enough that I potentially could have lost my leg. But they quickly figured out the problem and got me to the right people to take care of my problem.
