I thoroughly enjoyed my experience despite not feeling well. I was instantly greeted upon walk in. The seating area was nice and clean. Quite inviting. Very short wait time. Doctor was thorough and efficient. Everything would’ve been perfect if they validated parking. That was the only downside I could see.

Dr. Koriwchak is a knowledgeable and great doctor. His MA, Rosa, is always kind and pleasant, and I enjoy working with them. Unfortunately, the office manager's pettiness and inability to reason like a human makes it impossible for me to continue coming to this practice.

I missed my appointment on 11/18. I take full responsibility for that. I called the number on Google, about 10 minutes after I should have been at my appointment; I apologized and asked if I could schedule another appointment. I was scheduled for today, 11/21, in the morning and told I was "all set."

I showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment this morning. I was nowhere to be found on the schedule. I was annoyed, but went to reschedule my appointment anyway. The woman rescheduling my appointment informed me they have a $25 no-show fee, and I needed to pay it. I told her I would have been happy to pay it if the appointment I scheduled this morning happened, but since they are also essentially no-shows, it seems reasonable to waive the fee. She asked the office manager; he said no. I spoke with him directly and re-iterated the situation. He told me that the new appointment for this morning should not have been scheduled without me paying the no-show fee first. I told him that was fine, but the person who scheduled my appointment didn't tell me that. Since I'm not clairvoyant, I expected that the appointment I was told I was "all set" for would happen and so I'm here for an appointment. He completely refused to just let it go since both parties were at fault on different days and move on. I told him I'll just find a different doctor. But it gets so much worse than just being unreasonable.

I decided to contact the call center to see if they had a recording of my conversation with the person who helped me schedule the appointment for today. The gentleman on the phone was understanding, and he said he would put it down as a warning and schedule an appointment. He did. He then called me back 5 minutes later to say the office called him and told him to cancel the appointment unless I pay the fee.

The pettiness is unreal. Dr. Koriwchak and his medical staff deserve better representation, but until they come to that conclusion and join a different practice, I am forced to find a new doctor.

Staff was friendly, hospitable, and amazing to say the least! The team checked in post-op the day of and also followed up a couple times the next week. Dr. Winter-Hewitt did a phenomenal job on my daughter’s tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy! No complications and was a very speedy recovery. Highly recommended the doctors and staff at ENT of Georgia and the team at the surgery center!

Dr Witter Hewitt is my ENT and she is fabulous. Kind and no rush appointments. She found my throat cancer in 2008 and helped me with all extra doctors. Came out great. I see her every 6 to 12 months for checkups. She has even called me at home to see how I'm doing. I give her 100 STARS!

A quiet and clean waiting room, a helpful and attentive staff, a supportive and curious doctor who is an expert in his field, and an on-site surgery clinic made for an excellent appointment. I have great confidence in Dr. K and his care team.

I love this place. I’ve been here for years. Dr. Witter-Hewitt is Amazing. I came to her in 2017 after transferring from ENT GA South Dr. Free. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. These doctors are amazing. I have Dr. Witter-Hewitt will soon be my kids doctor as well.

When I arrived for my appointment the lady at the front desk was sitting up sleeping at her desk. She woke up after I went to the person next to her and asked him to check me in. I was not called back for my appointment until 15 minutes after it began. After I was seated in the exam room, I was left there for another 28 minutes. I had planned to walk out after 30, so I know exactly how long I was in there. Dr Witter Hewitt came into the room and didn't apologize or even acknowledge seeing me 43 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. While she is a competent practitioner and really listened to my health concerns, the total disregard for my time is not what I'm looking for in a provider.

Amazing Doctors, amazing office staff, latest technology and equipment. Dr. Oh was very engaged & helpful with my conditions. My last visit they even agreed to see me after being very late caught in trafffic. 5 stars ⭐️
