I had a full knee replacement in Oct 24. I have been putting this off for years and finally made the big step. I was very scared from hearing horror stories from other people who DID NOT go to Hughston Clinic. I am very happy to say going to the Hughston Clinic was the best thing I have done for myself. Everyone from the front office staff, Columbus staff, Dr Patrick Fernicola and the amazing ladies in PT have exceed my expectations. Mollie and Kayleigh in PT were my motivators and pushed me when I didn't want to do things. Thanks to those 2 ladies I can walk and move my leg correctly. I would highly recommend Hughston Clinic and look forward to having my right knee replaced in Oct 25. This time with no hesitation. Just do it, I got my life back!

Front office staff very friendly, warm and professional. No long wait. NP was gentle and professional. Was best fluid removal and shot giver I ever had. A 10 for understanding and calming my anxiety. Dr. Fernicola Was
what I was hoping for. Not rushing, he listened and answered each question. Made me feel like he understood my dilemma. I felt less anxious upon leaving the office.

This was my very first time visiting Hughston Clinic of Albany it was an absolute amazing visit. The staff was simply amazing, from check in, and to the intake staff. The Xray Tech was very pleasant as well. Ms. Sally Ann (PA) was absolutely the best. She took the time to talk to me. She reviewed my Xray with me and explained everything in laymen terms. Dr. James McGrory was so funny. When he entered the room with his pleasant bedside manner. He kept me taking while while he prepped me for my injection!! He even apologized as I was calling on Jesus!
Thank you so much!! It's nice to know that there are still people who love their job and love the people they help.

I just had the worse experience with front office staff. I have never in my life dealt with Staff this vile and nasty. I was also hung up on. I don’t even feel comfortable going to this office again. I am disgusted. I would not recommend this office. If you want to go an office that cares about the patients and their medical. This is not the office.

First person , Tomeka was overly consider it
Dr Patrick , checked all my boxes , he listened, made eye contact , introduced, i assume , intern , he took time to explain every question , was gently and southernly mannerly .
Brought in another physician after x-rays and he also was engaging .

I was very pleased with every aspect of Hughston Clinic in Albany/Leesburg. The reception area was welcoming and a special shout out to Aubrey for calling me about appointment time change. The reception area and staff can make or break an office, they are all wonderful. Dr. Tucker's nurse, Deidra, was very hospitable, as were the ladies that gathered my information and xrayed my knee. P.A. Nick explained the findings and answered all my questions. Dr. Tucker very knowledgeable also and answered my questions, shared the prognosis and gave me an injection. All these people were caring and kind. When I have my knee replacement, I know it will be absolutely perfect, with Dr. Tucker and his team.
