I called and asked for an appointment and when I described the situation for the person answering the phone said, It's probably fungal and we don't take fungal. I asked if a doctor could at least see me and she repeated the we don't take fungal. How is it that the receptionist can make a diagnosis sight unseen and refuse an appt?

Super positive experience. Dr Goldstein did my foot surgery. The procedure was explained to me and recovery has gone well. His office staff has been extremely nice and helpful to answer all of my questions as well.

Short version: True professionals, fully recommend.

Long Version: My wife had a shard of glass stuck in her foot and we don't have medical insurance. We had already gone to an urgent care clinic and they weren't able to get the glass out of her foot. We called Warner Robins Foot and Ankle and they got us in the next day due to a cancelation. They quoted us a price up front (several hundred dollars). They were extremely courteous and made my wife feel comfortable. She could tell that they were real professionals. Once they went for the glass, they had it out within a minute.

Epilogue
We had a scare where this doctor's system sent an additional bill after the surgery. We thought we were done but were scared that they had decided to charge us more later. However, when we called they resolved the problem within minutes. They said it was a mistake on their side and that we can throw that secondary bill away.

All in all they demonstrated themselves to be highly professional and honest.

The website says same day appointments are available BUT ONLY for established patients. I have been told by an urgent care I may have a hair line fracture. I have sharp pain when walking and NO ONE cares. The first available appointment for this office was not for another month. Seriously, if I have a hairline fracture what good is an appointment a month away.

Horrible experience.

This doctor dismissed my very obvious pain after he performed foot surgery on both of my feet. I would never go to this facility again. Considering reporting the issue.

I doubt the 5 star reviews are real patient reviews.

To the response on 11/11: How dare you! Gaslighting is still a practice at this place! What reason do I have to waste my time to right a review that wasn’t factual. You’re dismissing my concerns again. Some things never change.

To anyone who deserves proper medical attention- I recommend a serious look elsewhere. Me not using my real name is not the issue, it is in fact your doctor's unconscious bias.

Dr. Goldstein and his staff were excellent. He knew exactly what I needed done and took care of it. His staff were absolutely the best. I liked the after care kit you could buy from them. Gave you a good start and you knew what to get if you needed more. I would recommend Dr. Goldstein to anyone. Thank you.

Truly the worst Dr's appointment I've ever had. This guy billed almost $400 to spend 6 minutes with me and tell me to go buy an over the counter product. When I called to dispute the additional invoice they sent asking for more money, the Billing Manager was condescending and rude. Horrible experience and I feel like I've been scammed.
