Saw Dr. Goldstein today for first time. From my first interaction with the receptionist, then with the young lady that took me back to do my vitals and then to Dr. Goldstein and his NP, I'm assuming. I could not have been more impressed. All were very professional, yet personable as well. I highly recommend Dr. Goldstein and his staff.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance went and signed my child out of school and when we get there the rude lady at the front desk insisted that I need a referral but with my insurance I don’t need a referral to see a specialist I even called my insurance company to confirm, but they wouldn’t see us and were very rude. I would never use them!

When we went to the office, they were GREAT! But now that we have been seen and I need something else, I CAN NOT get anyone in the office! No one answers the phones, the office doors are locked and the sign on the door says OPEN Monday- Friday! Guess What? It's A LIE! I have been here 3 days this week and no one has been here! I'm sitting in the parking lot now and it's a ghost town!! After I get what I need (hopefully next week) I will NEVER be back and will not recommend this office!

At Dr. Goldstein's office, I had many x-rays of my feet. After I saw the doctor, he determined that I didn't need diabetic shoes because I don't have the symptoms for such shoes. I decided to stop wearing the shoes. I emailed my primary doctor what Dr. Goldstein said. My primary doctor is okay with our decision.

I would like to say that Dr. Goldstein's office personnel are well-trained in what they do to help him with his day to day operations. Dr. Goldstein's office manners were a cut above normal which is a good business tool. If I need a podiatrist in the future, I will return to Dr. Goldstein's office for the examination.
