Call Josh! I’m a long distance runner and was having some significant knee pain. I couldn’t run past 4 miles without radiating pain in and around my kneecap.

After some movement and testing, Josh immediately diagnosed me and started a 6-week PT program. We met weekly for six weeks, for one hour at a time, and he emailed me a customized workout plan every week.

After four weeks, I was able to return to my training plan. I went from terrible pain to being able to complete my 20-mile long run for three weeks in a row, nearly pain free.

Since my visits, Josh has continued to check in on my progress. He’s a great PT and a great person to spend an hour with. He gets to know you and your pain.

I had been suffering from a hamstring injury for 5 months My PCP told me to just rest it, others told me to stretch and others said not to stretch. Bottom line I was not getting better. After a few visits with Josh I was making marked progress. He has helped me with this and several other nagging issues. Josh provides professional and personal care. It is evident that he really cares about his patient’s. I have been dealing with lower back pain for several years and although this was not my primary reason for seeing Josh his treatment has helped this issue also. I have no problem recommending him to anyone.

Josh at Elite Movement Specialist is amazing. He has helped me tremendously. Initially, I saw him for what I thought was super tight glutes and hamstrings. He figured out it was actually sciatic nerve pain. He was great at figuring out the root of my problem and treating it to get me pain free. Really awesome experience!!!!
Had horrible shoulder pain, I was scheduled to the same week I inquired about visiting.
Within an hour Dr. Beagle ran me through a system of test, diagnosed where the issue was.
They dry needled my shoulder and showed me multiple exercises to perform to correct my issues. Worth every moment and penny!!
Will definitely return if I ever have other issues! Thank you so much!!!!!!
