Today was the last day of my physical therapy at Pinnacle with Shane, Jada, Elle and Cindy who have all had a part in helping me feel so much better than I did 3 1/2 months ago when I began therapy for my shoulder for a torn rotator cuff, severe osteoarthritis and osteoporosis pain. I could hardly move my shoulder, and I have much more range of motion and much less pain after 8 weeks of therapy and have been able to avoid another surgery that seemed pretty close to impossible before.
I also had lower back pain due to the same reasons of osteoarthritis and osteoporosis plus a pinched nerve and after 6 visits for therapy for my back, I am able to straighten up better after sitting or lying down, and I am able to stay on my feet longer and even walk around a lot more without being in intense pain and having to sit down so often.
In addition to being extremely knowlegeable and experienced as physical therapist and how to help my shoulder and back, Shane is really great about listening and being encouraging to make sure you are challenged but not being in pain. I am very grateful to him for helping me be able to enjoy life more.
I am really thankful for my experience at Pinnacle and will definitely go back if the need arises, and I would definitely refer my family and friends if they are ever in need of physical therapy.
I will miss everyone and Brianna is always so welcoming.

Shane is very knowledgeable and is taking good care of me. He can tell when I am in real pain. He says he can tell by my face expression. I am some better and I have faith that I will be a lot better soon. Thanks Faye Jenrette

I had a full knee replacement about 21 months ago. I was recovering just great but about 4 months ago, something happened and I was experiencing all new pain in this replaced knee. I went to my Ortho Dr and they recommended PT. I went back to what my normal PT routine had always been for a few weeks but in 2023, I decided to make a change. Trust me when I tell you, that was the best decision of this new year so far.
Shane, Madi and the entire crew are great. I feel heard and like the program is designed just for my issues. I have had so much improvement in just a few short weeks. The technology they incorporate into the actual physical exercises has made such a difference. Give my new friends a try if you’re needing physical therapy. You will not be disappointed!

Pinnacle Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine are amazing!! I have only been a patient of theirs for 2 weeks and I already feel so comfortable with the whole staff. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a friendly smile and hello. It is unlike any PT office I have experienced before. They put the patient first and want to treat the problem not just the time slot for insurance purposes. You can tell that they genuinely care for their patients. Shane(the physical therapist) makes sure to tend to each patient in his office thoroughly and to make them feel better than when they arrived. He also encourages you aling the way. Shane and his fabulous tech (Madi) not only treat your pain and physical issues you are having but they talk to you like a friend you have had for years. Another thing that is amazing about this PT office is the patients too. The patients love to chat with each other while they are getting treated and give each other tips and ideas for pain treatment and everyday life stuff. They remember each other and carry on the conversations from the last time they saw each other. On top of how AMAZING this place is they are also helping my pain to minimize so I can go back to doing things I used to love to do. If you want a physical therapist that cares for his patients and treats them like his friend then this is the place for you because I can not rave about Pinnacle Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine enough!!!! AMAZING!!!

I feel so taken care of at Pinnacle! If you are having lower back pain, I cannot recommend them enough! They are compassionate, patient and you feel like you and your health is their main concern. I am so happy that I was referred to Pinnacle!

Shane and his team are the best! Incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and just a joy to be around. My knee is so much better than when I first walked in. There is nowhere else I’d go for therapy in the Houston or peach county area

After my stroke I went through many weeks of physical therapy only to learn that system was not in place to get me full recovery. A friend said to go see Shane at Pinnacle Physical Therapy. At the end of my first visit I was pain free for the first time since my stroke. Shane helped me with real goals of running and playing with my Lab and walking one mile. He believed I could achieve them........ I've run with my dog and I'm up to a half mile and going!

I LOVE WILLIAM(Shane) AND THE STAFF AT PINNACLE. During my time of recovery they became family. I hated when my physical Therapy sessions were up. I often stop by and see them now.. William(Shane) took care of me before I had my total knee replacement and took better care of me afterwards. I would recommend EVERYONE to go see William(Shane) for all of your physical Therapy needs.
