To be honest - sometimes I can be a difficult customer or patient so a business must be extraordinary good for me to take the time to write a positive review on Google. The Braswell team IS extraordinary GREAT!! Dr. Braswell was very patient in listening to and dealing with all my dental concerns. Everyone that I came into contact with at the office were GREAT as well (i.e. office manager, dental assistant , hygienist, front office staff). I've been looking for a good dentist for a couple of years and know now that I've found the right fit.
In their waiting area they have a lot of positive plaques and things about being kind to people etc.. I thought upon my first visit that it was just a bunch of show for their patients BUT THEY REALLY DO PRACTICE WHAT IS STATED ON THOSE PLAQUES. A great dental practice!!!!!

This dentist office is such a vibe! Had some good music playing over the speakers throughout the office and the two ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Sometimes you will walk into a medical office and it’s just cold and stale, but that’s not what this dentist is at all. Everything was clean and I was called back for my appointment fairly quickly even with other people waiting. If you’re someone who normally hates or fears going to the dentist they definitely make you feel comfortable here. Highly recommend 10/10!!

I was introduced/ greeted by the staff. Well trained and friendly staff. I was explained about everything during my appointment. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Appointment was at 1 pm and I was seen on time. I would recommend Braswell Family Dentistry to everyone. This is the best Dental Office in the area. They definitely will get my business for now on.

My 5 year old son was seen today, he was very nervous about his cleaning but To was excellent with him. She explained everything to him and answered all his questions happily! Dr Braswell was great as well but the highlight of our appointment was To for sure. She is excellent with kids.

Dr. Braswell, is the Bomb Diggity 💣. As far as a needle is concerned. The Doc will stick you in your mouth & U will never feel it. The atmosphere is so cool, calm and collective. Every employee is a big part of the team. Bless the Braswell Dentistry.
