I woke up feeling symptoms of the flu and went to this St Joseph’s Urgent care location as soon as the doors opened. They took my information and immediately sent the registration link to my phone so I could get checked in as fast as possible. The process was very simple and efficient. Once I paid my copay I was pulled into a room and samples collected for testing. The PA came back 15 minutes later explaining that I was in fact positive for the flu and confirmed where I wanted my prescriptions sent. I left with a goodie bag of tissues and a card. I was in and out in roughly 45 minutes from start to finish. I know depending on the volume of patients that can be longer but I feel like the system they have expedited the process. The facility is very clean and the staff very nice and professional. The Shradda Patel, PA-C was very nice and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely come back to this location again if I need to be quickly assessed!

Absolutely the best urgent care hands down! Cut myself trying to remove screws to repurpose a dresser, went in was greeted with compassion and concern and then proceeded to be seen but great staff! I was so pleased with my visit!

The front desk staff were kind and friendly. The triage nurse was very knowledgeable and made my children feel welcomed and unafraid. Dr. Patel had an excellent response time, she came into the room after the test results came back. She was very friendly and expressed her concerns and made us feel welcomed. I recommend this urgent care to anyone..

My husband made an appointment for me at 8:00AM. The urgent care has a marquee board in the waiting area. This board has the patient’s name and approximate time that they will be seen. I was called back within the time frame that the board projected. Everyone was very courteous and concerned about my health issues. They told me to go to the emergency room - I did. My visit to this Urgent Care facility was a pleasant experience. It was my first time visiting that Urgent Care Center in Pooler.
