De verdad es rápido, pero no revisan ni te detallan bien los síntomas, y en estos momentos hay bastante comunidad latina deberían te er alguien que sea bilingue

The care I received was excellent; however, the waiting and appointment factor could use some help! I made an online appointment and waited for some time because there were a lot of people in there and they have a board in the waiting room showing where you are in the process, which I watched constantly and my name disappeared from the list, so I asked the front desk why and she replied that I would be called next. However, I was not and a gentlemen was called whom had said his appointment was 39 minutes after mine, I asked the person that was calling people back, what was going on and he checked and said it appeared that someone had put that I was in a room already when obviously, I was not. This was after I had already been there over 2 hours. Everyone was very nice and the care I received was very good. Other than the wait issue, I was satisfied with the service.

When I walked in the two ladies at the front desk were very friendly and had very little wait. My PA was wonderful. I am so glad I went in , I feel so much better. I so love St Joseph Candler. The Blufton cancer center is Top Notch with Dr. Thomas being the best Oncologist in the world. thank you for all your hard work and hiring the best.

Treated me with care and respect, bathroom area where specimen left needed cleaned. Unable to get records sent as no one ever returned my call as to how to do it. Online records show urine w/o micro, which I am quite disappointed about as it was my 3rd infection in 3 months, which I informed them about, and have no idea if on appropriate drug except by how I am feeling. Received this text for a review, and a link to schedule a follow up if not better.
I gave 4 stars for the kindness shown during the visit.

New to area first time...Made my appointment online, easy to use, and was able to complete all paperwork prior to showing up. I had no wait was taken right back when i arrived at my scheduled time . The team was very personable and took good care of me. 5 stars for all of the staff!!! Changing my rating and adding more after a follow-up call that didn't go very well. Called at 8:30 am and didn't receive a call back till 7:44pm. An entire day wasted dealing with this place. Or should i say waiting on this place. Then, I was told they couldn't help different people on staff, and I would have to schedule an appointment. As I initialed said, I'm new to the area, and I am looking for a doctor and needed to use them during the interim. I don't recommend it at all. Find somewhere else! I'm dropping my rating. Since I had to call back today after leaving the initial message, plus lost the entire day with nothing being resolved. Poor customer service.

We were staying in a campground nearby and I did not feel well. When I called I was told to come right in, no appt needed. Everyone was very friendly and professional I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and felt well taken care of. A couple days after my visit they called to see how I was doing. I would recommend this place for your Urgent Care needs.

From the front desk to the nurses and nurse practitioner, my visit was so good! I do not like going to the doctor and I had anxiety. They were so understanding and really made me feel very comfortable. I’m thankful for each and everyone for a job well done.
