I was very disappointed to learn that there is a 7 minute late policy. When I was 9 minutes late for an appointment I was told I would have to reschedule for 3 months later. I work as a teacher and explained I may be a few minutes late for the last appointment but when I arrived I was given no grace or understanding.

I just saw dr Jimena Burnett for my intake first visit and I found her surly curt and dismissive. She showed a total lack of concern for me as a person and show little or no interest in my complex and lengthy clinical history. Her tone and manner were very off putting and bordered on insulting. She seemed like her main focus was to get me out of the office as quickly as possible so she could leave. Given a choice I would never return and will be seeking a new primary care physician

Urology Department: I called to try and schedule a Vasectomy consultation. The female I spoke with was short and rude with me. Since, I have not been seen by this practice she had requirements for my records, which is normal, but the more questions I asked trying to gather more information the more impolite she became. She was impatient and very rude in response when I asked her to slow down as I told her I was writing things down. I will not be going to this practice because of this unprofessional encounter. For someone who clearly deals with people she did a great job of making me feel like I was stupid for asking questions. I would prefer going to an office an hour away then get treated like this again.

Dr. Chambers is awesome. She listens (and I mean -really listens-) to my concerns and takes the time to make sure I am fully informed and educated about anything I need to be aware of. She is the kind of doctor that people search and search for, but have a hard time finding. You can -feel- that she genuinely cares about her patients. There are many doctors within just 2-3 minutes from my home, but I happily drive 45 minutes to see Dr. Chambers. Great doctor, great person.

Shameik at the front desk if that’s even her name was very rude when I called with a question for my doctor, Dr. Burnet. The service I received during this phone call and at my last appointment have made me highly uncomfortable to the point where I am currently looking for another primary care provider! I am highly disappointed in the staff at this facility!

I have seen Dr. Chambers for the last year, just love her, she is very professional, yet caring and easy to talk to. She seems to listen and take the time to be involved in
my health care, and yet seems interested in my every day life. The office personnel is
up to date on my needs and it's nice to go to an appt. and be seen on time.

Dr. Chambers is a thorough practicioner who has treated my husband and I for at least the last two years. She is easy to talk to, explains test results in a manner that is understandable and runs her practice with efficiency. Positives within the practice are an onsite lab - so you can have your labs done there including blood draws. The nursing staff is kind and completely professional. Downside is that sometimes it is hard to get an appointment without a long wait, but the staff works to get you to the Dr. as best as they can. I recommend for the Okatie/Bluffton/Del Webb area.
