I wish I could leave zero stars. I scheduled a procedure months ahead of time as it is difficult to find a time that worked for the surgery. They called to cancel the procedure and I've yet to have my money refunded more than one month later. I've paid thousands of dollars for a procedure THEY cancelled and was never done. They are dishonest thieves and now I've had to waste even more time disputing the charges on my credit card.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! My experience at this place has been nothing but awful. They had to reschedule my surgery appointment over 6 times! They even did it 3 times the morning of my surgery to tell me they had to reschedule. Because of all of the rescheduling they offered my Botox and fillers for free. Good right? No! They gave me fake fillers and put my Botox in a way where my eyebrows looked like I was surprised for 3 months. I ended up having to go to another place to get my fillers. After that I had a follow up appointment finally after surgery and they rescheduled that as well. Once I finally got my appointment, I had to wait an hour and a half for anyone to see me. When I set up another follow up appointment, they rescheduled my appointment without my knowledge. When I spoke to the front desk about rescheduling my appointment they told me they already moved it!? I asked when and they said someone called you and left you a voicemail. I said first, nobody called me. Second, who reschedules an appointment with a voicemail!? So apparently they rescheduled my appointment without giving me any notice because someone lied and said they called me. This is the most unprofessional, unorganized, and worse place I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Get yourself together Lexington! You really do suck.

No matter how great a physician is, the unprofessional and inept staff makes this practice disastrous.
I went through a keloid removal process, I was disappointed since my first scheduled surgery date but decided I wouldn’t do a review until my entire process was completed and it just got worse.
I went in for a consultation after all the marketing I saw about their specialty in keloids. This was not just some cosmetic surgery I chose to spend money on, this is something I struggled with my entire life and would be going into debt to fix. At the consultation she wanted to immediately book surgery and I haven’t seen the Dr yet which I thought was strange but they specialized in what I needed so I did it. I went for my pre op and everything went well, still didn’t see the Dr. They said if I wanted to see him I could come back, I went again for my appointment time and he wasn’t there. I eventually saw him and was ready for surgery.
On surgery day I went in, had a family member fly in to help me, only to find out my surgery was scheduled as another pre op. Everyone was scrambling and apologetic as I told them I wanted by money back as I took time off work and didn’t have any more to spare. They convinced me to do it the following week and offered me free services so make up for my added cost. The next week came and my surgery was cancelled AGAIN. They pushed it one day and I said ok. I did the surgery and that went well enough.
After this it was a MESS, this entire office is inefficient. They were more focused on marketing than actual service. I went in for an appointment checked in and sat there, I then saw the Dr leaving for the day telling me bye, I said sir I have an appointment with you, he was shocked and turned back. The Dr eventually left the practice, I had a nice PA and she left. I would make appointments before I leave and when I show up for them they have no records of it. I would try to call and confirm my appointments but they have a central system for all offices that sends your call to ATL, you can’t call directly, then the phone rings with no answer. But while at the office the girl at the front desk is always on her cell phone. I been there and check in and they forgot I was there, another time I had and early appointment, it was 3 of us the and no one in the office that we had an appointment with, everyone was late. Eventually when they showed up they told me I didn’t need injections today but then my regular PA called me to come back another day because I did need them.
With all of this, the longest I saw the Dr for was the surgery. My keloid is growing back after following all the instructions and the free service offered for my initial inconvenience was never given, they acted clueless when I asked to schedule it and I didn’t push it because I didn’t want to show up for it and it wasn’t really scheduled to waste my time and pay for parking. I’ve had better experience in a 3rd world country. As a black owned business they need to do better.

I can't speak on the work here cause it's so hard to get to see someone but the customer service sucks. I had a appointment for 9:30am and no one was there, waited til 10:30 adorable a video appointment which didn't begin til 10:40. The price went up drastically since February 2023 with the same sucky service. I missed so many appointments for injections due to nobody being there to give them. At this point throw the whole practice away cause who wanna spend thousands on a procedure when you damn near have to fight to see someone. So I'm guessing they will show up to take your money real quick but ain't quick when you need to see them. I will never refer anyone to them and I won't be spending any money with them. Find someone that's gonna be attentive and show that they care about you and your money. Lexington plastic surgeon get it together and stop being part of the list of money hungry companies that only care about the money and not the experience.

My wife was scheduled for a tummy tuck, and Lexington had a scheduling conflict at the time and tried to blame it on my wife even though they hadn't reached out to confirm anything on their end. After going back and forth for two weeks, the representative from Lexington asked us if we wanted a refund and we decided to do that. We requested our refund in the beginning of September, and we were told on September 13th that it would be four to six weeks before a refund was issued to us. It's now November of 2024, which is eight weeks after we requested the refund, and we have not received it yet. Every time I try to call in, they tell me that I can't be directed to their finance people. Mind you that we had another procedure scheduled, and we obviously needed our $10,000 back to go forward with that procedure. It's ridiculous that they could take our money in 10 seconds, but it takes well over 60 days, and we still don't have a refund. They keep talking about how they are going to call "Tony," their business manager, to process the refund, but I never hear anything from them. They have asked for my account number and routing number to “track the money.” I'm so frustrated with their shady business practices. I do not recommend this company at all! Run the hell away as quick as you can because they are so unserious about doing the right thing. Do not do any business with them at all! Run the hell away from Lexington Plastic Surgeons because all they will do is cause you anxiety, pain, and suffering. They take our money and spend it on advertising to get more people they can swingle out of their money. The Atlanta office is HORRIBLE! I don’t know how they can sustain their business by ripping people off!

I made two attempts to schedule a consultation over the last two months and the provider didn’t bother to show up either time for the appointment. I’ve never gotten the run around like this from a doctor’s office before. I can only imagine if I had an emergency after the procedure how hard they would Be to contact. I will be continuing my search for a provider that actually keeps appointments and communicates appropriately.

I was quoted a price for a procedure my brother died and I had several illness mysrlf after my that. I'm better now and the procedure has gone up 3,000 in only a year. I put a 1,000 down-payment at this point I just want my refund

Excellent service. The consultation really surprised me in a positive way! I feel comfortable and will move forward with the procedure to be done in about 3-4 months.
