Dr. Erica and her office are phenomenal. I had to come last year for an emergency while pregnant and they took very good care of me. I just left Getting my child sports physical and the facility is still awesome and clean. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been waiting on the nurse or Doctor to call be back since yesterday! My Bp has been dropping very low and I’m very weak! I’ve told them for two days this is urgent and to please let the Dr or nurse know! The new meds that they have me on may be too much.. I never get a response from the office until I make a review! This is unbelievable. I haven’t been able to go to work in two days because I’m extremely low on energy. If I go to the ER they always get me stable and refer me to my Dr. it’s serious and dangerous for my Bp to be up and down like this!!!

This was my first time using UC Urgent Care and they were amazing. They were very polite, thorough and expedient. Were we able to speak with the front desk attendant that provided exceptional customer service and when we were called the physician nurses and staff paid attention to request and details. I also suffer from migraine headaches..

From the front desk to the phlebotomist is where I will start. Very rude and disrespectful. When coming to any Doctor the staff plays a major part in your journey.

The attitude and rudeness is unacceptable. I’ve started recording from the sign in process to the lab work and nurse sessions. Please don’t come here nor allow your family members. Today’s my last day coming here. When I seen how poorly the front desk girl appearance was I should’ve known then that I couldn’t take this office seriously.

I Have been a patient at this practice for 11 years and I wouldn't have it any other way! Dr. Obeikwe is one of the best family Dr. That I have ever had in my life. The Nurses and the Nurse Practitioner are also great ! They have patience and are very professional and kind! I met one today and her name is Erica! They are never open when you go. I went to see the doctor in Union City and the clerk said they were closed early at 4pm due to the fact they have no doctors on staff and the Riverdale location closed early today before 5 pm. I don’t know any urgent care that says they open until 7 pm Monday- Friday doesn’t have a fully staffed facility. I am appalled and now I have to drive out my Local area to another one close. They need doctors at this location not just certified nurses that t the take on the weight of saying they’re closed. I was given this card to go here tomorrow but even I called they said they will be closed for the day.

I had a visit at the Union City urgent care office today. I was absolutely impressed by the staff by the care and the urgency that they took my concerns for the nature of my visit. I would definitely recommend the Union City urgent care to my friends and family because I know that they’ll be getting cared For just like their family Which is exactly how I felt today. All of my needs were met. The staff made me feel more than comfortable and when I left, my spirits were very high. I truly appreciate the wonderful staff, doctors and nurses of the union Citi urgent care ‎Location I can’t wait to come back, but not too soon.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
