I went to the this Urgent Care Yesterday as a walk-in. I was greeted with great customer service. The lobby was clean and the I was seen right away after finishing my paperwork. The staff was friendly and everything was clean and the process was smooth and orderly. I will definitely return for my follow up on Tuesday. Thanks

The staff are very friendly and welcoming!! They listen and allow you to tell them what’s going on with you and your body. Then they take the next cautionary steps to ensure everyone’s safety by having masks, Kleenex, hand sanitizer and your very own room. The doctors are very caring, knowledgeable and meets your medical needs. I love the fact that they let you choose your pharmacy and they also referred me to their Primary Care Provider which I never knew they had!!!
I really love coming to Swift Health for any and all of my children and I medical concerns!!!

Simply one of the worst experiences I have had in a “medical” environment. This office was far from “swift”. Staff seemed like they had no idea what was going on. No organization. Extremely unprofessional. Taking my vitals and not even relaying the information to me. I had to ask.Had to be swabbed twice because they messed something up or lost my swabs. Don’t know if these are students but obviously further training is needed. Trust me I know. Visit from the doctor was completely useless. Nurse came to give me a shot (that I had to ask for) then asked me if I wanted a bandaid. She then wanted me to point out where I had been stuck at. What kind of office is this? Definitely needs professional guidance. I’m not sure if this even accredited to be honest. Would not recommend to anyone I care about.

I loved it I took my daughter there today for her asthma and everybody there acted fast she was really having a hard time breathing and they helped her faster than the hospital

Normally I would rate them a 5 , but the new African doctor they have is extremely rude & passive aggressive. I vowed to myself I would not return. His sarcasm & rude remarks are extremely unprofessional.
