If I could give ZERO stars! This place is not what their website portraits them. Lies! How do you loose a person's clothing,ALL of their clothing and a TV. WOW! Then management tells you that they can't reimburse you because the clothing comes from a particular store🤔🤔. But when I show up to visit my family another patient has my family members clothing on! THEY HAVE CREATED MORE STRESS FOR MY FAMILY! This place is NOT good for ANYONE! RUN AND TELL ANYONE ELSE NOT TO EVEN CONSIDER FAIRBURN HEIGHTS! U MAY CHANGE YOUR NAME BUT ITS STILL THE SAME BS!

If I could put no stars I would the staff comes in there drunk. They do not care about their patients they says mean things to them they treat them bad and it's sad they are really rough with them like they are not human the patient complains about them being in pain they tell them to shut up and wait and they wait hrs to give them there pain medicine so they suffer until they decide when they want to give them their medicine so if you have family in this facility please get them out or go and see them they are not taking care of your people. They will put on a front to think that your people is taking care of but God is my witness please get your people out of here before it is too late. Please please please do your part and God will take care of the rest these people does not deserve to be nurses and CNA god sees everything and he will punish them for the cruel thing they are doing to these people.

Absolutely the worst, and I have seen a few due to Polio.If the place was burning down it would be “Employees First!!” It would be difficult to be less responsive unless you really tried!!!

This health care facility should be investigated an it will our LO has declined tremendously in the last year,they have given her the wrong medication an have treated the patients like animals,but what they don't know is a member of our family has close connections with the Governor of Georgia,this mistreating patients an coming to work intoxicated is going to stop IMMEDIATELY

You’ll wait for 15-20 minutes knocking at the main door whilst the nurses sit at the desk which is around the corner twiddling their thumbs. My grandad was choking and had his nurse light on for 10+ minutes but no one tended to his needs. The place is disgusting and needs to be shut down or managed by someone else. Reading the reviews, the most common thing is bed sores and inattentiveness. And when you say something to them about it they look at you with a blank stare. The lady with the bad pink/red wig needs to be FIRED! Majority of the staff that are African or what not need to be fired as they don’t care and are using this job to ride the coat tales of the ones who actually worked hard and love their job. CLEARLY these online nursing classes and fake certifications are slipping through the cracks. I hope they understand that one day they’ll need the attentiveness that they fail to provide to the patients in their care. If I could give this place a -5 star rating I would.

Ive been meaning to write a review of this place since my aunt has become a patient here. The reviews are correct my fellow people. This place is horribly ran and DISGUSTING. I can barely walk through the halls to my aunts room without gagging and feeling like im about to throw up. The nurses could care less about the staff. There are maybe 2 to 3 nurses out of the whole staff that actually care and its none of the night staff. The day staff somewhat cares, but not enough to be more attentive to the patients. The food they feed the patients is slop alot of times. Some of the nurses actually steal toiletries and items that you buy for your relatives out of their personal belongings while their sleeping or not paying attention. I know this because I have bought my aunt supplies (wipes, blankets, sodas, etc) and by the next time I visit( a few days later) all items have disappeared. My aunt tells me all of the messed up things they do to their patient. Its so sad. Patients literally scream "HELP" as I walk past their rooms. Lord bless that place and the people within it. I pray it gets better and someone else takes over.

If I could give a zero I would. This facility is horrible for the patients who can't speak and take care of themselves. Due to covid patients who can't be in a wheel chair can't have contact visits...only window visits. We were one of the family's who our family member can not come outside. They wouldn't give him our gifts, cards, custom blankets have been stolen "lost" by nurses. They got tired of us seeing this so they put my brother in law in a room where the window was blocked by a bush. We had to get hedge trimmers to cut this bush back to visit with him. They lied and said they had a respiratory nurse and they haven't had one in a year since he has been there. He has been drowning in his own mucus and sent to hospital countless times due to this. I can't believe these people call themselves Healthcare workers because only a select few even care.

Negative 0 stars! My loved one passed away due to the lack of care they received at this facility. I would highly recommend as others have said you find another facility for your loved one. They do not have any compassion for these residents and to them it’s only a job. They only do the minimal but do not expect anything that involves making sure the residents are alive and well. Please do not place your loved one here just because it’s affordable. Please research other options because they will gladly take the money but they do not provide the proper care!
