Dr. Gordon and his team are phenomenal! I was pretty nervous about the extraction of 2 Wisdom Teeth. The staff was very inviting and great to work with. I also received a T-Shirt and a pair of shades; very nice gesture. Dr. Gordon also called me the evening of my surgery to check in to ensure everything was going well. I recommend his services as the team is professional. I shared with him the great energy I felt when I walked in the door.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Gordon and his team from the consultation through post-op. Dr. Gordon is personable, knowledgeable, kind and does fantastic work. His team is friendly, communicative and very professional. I had my wisdom teeth removed and the procedure was quick and efficient. He gave me everything I needed to prepare and recover. I couldn’t have asked for better care!

Today, I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted. Originally, I was supposed to be sedated with anesthesia, but I had to switch over to laughing gas because I ate a granola bar before the appointment. Which I had no problem with because rules are rules. Beginning my appointment I was very nervous and anxious as this is the first major procedure I've had done in my entire existence of living. Dr. Gordon seemed kind, but midway through the procedure, I began to cry and show heavy emotion. I also could feel the pressure and pulling of him extracting my teeth this would cause my body to have reflexes in certain places like my legs or my hands. Midway through the procedure he stopped and proceeded to tell me “Do you know I have surgical tools that could cause harm to you and you’re moving”? He also said I'm asking if you're okay and you're in pain and you're not replying you can mouth to me no or yes. I did not feel as though I could given that there were tools in my mouth. I was so afraid to speak due to the procedure and did not want to make any movements in certain instances like when he brought out the drill, but he asked me once or twice and I remember responding. When I replied to this question and told him I understood, I am okay, I am just afraid, he seemed agitated. Honestly, I wanted to ask him are you really getting mad at me for being in a vulnerable state and not able to control my pain when you are drilling in my mouth and sticking me with tools? Are you also mad at me because I'm emotional? He made me feel like it was my fault for being in pain and I could cause him to mess up. He showed no empathy. I did have the teeth successfully removed, but I will never forget the impact Dr. Gordon left me as a young black woman who was just scared. He is also very rough-handed too. My bottom teeth provided some difficulty for him to extract and it felt like he wanted to yank my tooth out to get me out of his chair and move on to the next patient. He showed me no empathy and gave me no comfort. The technicians even had to apologize on his behalf and let me know that he does this often to other patients and he had a bad day, but that was no excuse. The only thing that provided me comfort was the gospel music I had playing in my ear, I even told the team I could not move forward without listening to God because I only received comfort from him. Dr. Gordon also seemed irritated about me asking for my airpod. I also feel as though the laughing gas was not helpful. He did not provide a follow-up call to me to check on me nor did he say anything to me after the procedure. He let his technicians and assistants provide comfort and I just want to say to those two young ladies thank you and I hope you become a dentist one day. I will not be recommending anyone to this provider. This was also at the Villa Rica location not Camp Creek. Which I wanted to go to camp creek but the staff told me it would be cheaper to attend the Villa Rica location.

Dr. Gordon and his staff were professional, timely and thorough. Extractions are never fun, but the fact that I felt no pain before and after is extraordinary. The added bonus was Dr. Gordon's bedside manor. I haven't experienced an oral surgeon check on me the evening after the procedure.

My teenager needs wisdom teeth extracted. The staff was very friendly, professional, and thorough. The doctor took time to understand our needs and explain the process. No surprise billing, all the numbers were provided up front. I look forward to a positive experience with the upcoming procedure!

The time from when I came to get the service done to the time I left was quick. The doctor also called to check on me after the appointment. However the issues started when the surgery place sent me an email stating the time, date, and address. The surgery place called me at 7:30am the morning of to ask me about my appointment but was trying to tell me the appointment time I was told was wrong. I told them i was reading from the email which was right as they were the ones who sent it to me.They was trying to get me to come earlier then the time they had and not the email time. So the rep called to try to argue but proceeded to let me come to the appointment on the “email time”. After that I drove to the address that was on the email. I called them to tell them I was there for them to tell me I was at the wrong address. Finally when I got to the place, the doctor was inconsiderate when i was put on the laughing gas and was trying to give me a scripted professional way of telling me that he didn’t have time to waste because I ran late from driving to the wrong address that was on the email. The doctor also was rude to my driver as she was told to go into the room with me and then was told to leave the room once they put the iv in me. My driver felt some type of way due to what she was told from the front desk originally. My biggest problem is the doctors friendliness and respect when someone is under gas and for the facility to actually know what they send to their customers so both parties would know when, where, and what time. There should have been no back and forth whatsoever so this is why this is a 3 star.
