Dr. Shah and his team provided excellent care throughout my UFE journey. LaTasha handled all my paperwork with my employer quickly and she answered all the questions and concerns I had during this process kindly, quickly and thoroughly. The surgical team is amazing! They all made me feel at ease even though I was a bit nervous about the procedure. Kim and Kenyatta made sure that I had everything I needed for the follow up. Dr. Shah does an excellent job of explaining what is happening and ensured that I received the best care. I am grateful that I chose Preferred Fibroid and I am thankful for the care I received here. I was referred to Dr. Shah through my Gynecologist to discuss treatment options for fibroids. I met Dr. Shah at his office for a consultation. Dr. Shah discussed the procedure of the Uterine Fibroid Embolization with me and how the procedure would be performed, what to expect during and after the procedure. Dr. Shah was very knowledgeable and informative about the procedure and was very confident that I would receive good results afterwards. I was able to get all of my questions answered at the consultation and I left feeling very confident in my decision for the treatment. On the day of my treatment, Dr. Shah and his staff were very welcoming and they all took good care of me before, during, and after the procedure. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. With the UFE, the recovery time was 2 weeks for me, and everything that Dr. Shah discussed as for what to expect, he was right on. I had several fibroids that were causing me serve pain and discomfort along with other symptoms. I can say after the procedure and after my period after the procedure, my symptoms have improved significantly. I am very happy that I decided on the UFE procedure and with selecting Dr. Shah as my doctor to do the procedure. I would definitely recommend going to Preferred Fibroid and Vascular Center if you looking to find a great doctor and team to assist with any issues that you are experiencing with fibroids or any other uterine issues that they can assist you with.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank LaTasha Jones with the Southwest office of Preferred Fibroid & Vascular Center. Ms. Jones has been very helping in assisting with scheduling, rescheduling and verifying insurance information. She always responds to my calls and emails in record time, and she handles my concerns with a level of sensitivity and respect. Ms Jones has helped to make what could have been a stressful situation feel like a breeze. Dr Sha was also very helpful during my initial appointment. He was patient and explained the procedure in detail. I appreciate the staff at the Vascular center and look forward to successful procedure.
