I don’t recommend this office due to cleanliness and bad customer service.
Prior to arrival, I booked this appointment and the day before my appointment (a Sunday) I tried to access my information they sent me through text only to realize the confirmation code was sent to the wrong email that the front of office staff took down. Upon arrival, I see a roach crawling in the window. I was 20 min late to my Monday morning appointment. My fault but getting a toddler out the house with me for an early appointment 30 min away, I did my best. She was very condescending, refused to see me, told me I didn’t even have my forms filled out prior but how would I, if there office never sent it to the correct email. There was 0 accommodations or grace and I also didn’t appreciate the attitude. Also don’t book so many patients at one time so you can account for LIFE to happen. My toe has been bleeding and I really needed this appointment. I will find a doctor and office that actually goes the mile to understand their patients, just like we do when THEY are late.
*also they don’t check your insurance until you get in office, which could be a complete waste of time if you aren’t in network*

Dr Navita Khatri is great with my mother who is 83 she takes the time to explain everything that she’s doing for her foot. no matter how busy the office is, she always make sure she doesn’t rush Thank you again for your help.

One of the most unprofessional medical experiences that I have ever had. Ove had two appoints that they canceled after arrival and to my suprise the doors were locked . I called customer service and then I was notified that it was a medical emergency. REALLY please tell me a foot emergency that requires the closing of an entire office. Whatever you do please STAY AWAY from this location. Now I will wait for their AI to repond to my review. Village Podiatry and Upperline Health you need to do better.

Dr. Khatri is such an amazing doctor. She was attentive in listening to my concerns about my foot pain and was able to accurately diagnosis my problem and begin treatment right away. I feel so much now! From being greeted by the friendly staff to seeing Dr. Khatri, I felt all my foot problems were well taken care of.
