Wait times are always over 40 minutes, front desk and staff friendly, Dr. Gary provides minimal care or concern. Annual "Wellness exam" is a paltry joke. Good part is 24 hour nurse available through Medicare

I have been with this office for more than 2 years and never had an issue with Dr Katy or Dr Livingston. Both very good physicians. Just recently Dr Gary took over my care and I have never been insulted like he has insulted me, in my life. He called me names and doesn’t seem to think I need the medications prescribed to me by past Doctors. He is extremely rude and needs a course in bedside manner. I recommend finding another Doctor, if you want good care. I now drive 65 miles to Gainsville for my primary care and am extremely pleased. At least my new Dr is complete in his examinations and gives the needed medications. BTW, the front office staff were extremely professional in every way. I will miss them.

Waited 45 minutes when I had appointment. Had been a year since I had seen Dr. Livingston. Went in after giving blood the week before for yearly physical. When he finally came in 45 minutes later he said my paperwork looked good from the blood test and was I having any other problems. He spent a total of 5 minutes or less and did not examine me at all and told me to have a nice day. I will be looking for a Dr who cares about his patients health care and well bring.

My mom was in the ER with life threatening blood poisoning. Dr. GARY couldn't be bothered to review her blood work or visit her. Then it took 3 days to get ca simple prescription filled. He clearly did not care about his patients. He had not baked to follow up with my mom. Her issues were life threatening.

This office has a real problem with refilling RX.
The pharmacy will tell you that they sent a request for refill and did NOT receive anything back from the Doctors office, and that you need to call the Dr. Office and request that they refill it. When you call the Dr. Office they will tell you that they sent the refill ( and sometimes even give you the days that they think they sent it). When in reality they did NOT send it.
After 3 weeks and many phone calls, I got angry and lost my temper, with them, so they told me that yes in fact they have a "system problem" and are having trouble getting refills done.
"Can you come into the office and get a paper RX and take it to the Pharmacy?"
Well if that's what you need why didn't you tell me that the 1st phone call that I made to you three weeks ago? SMH
Can you just do YOUR Job without upsetting me to the point that I made an ass out of myself trying to get someone to listen?

My whole family is seen by this Dr office I've seen some really bad reviews about them, I have had problems with them myself my husband was seen 2 months ago was told he had shingles was given meds for the rash. Nothing helped he went back was given another medication that didn't help. So he went to local va clinic in blairsville and was seen by a skin specialist and was told the doctor was wrong and the doctor asked him why in the world they said it was shingles it didn't even look like shingles. We finally got a honest to God answer it was an allergic reaction to his clothing and was given meds and now he has no more problems what so ever. Doctors there are very fast paced they don't spend much time with there patients always acting in a hurry. Very nice people but pore service. Me and my family are currently seeking new doctor's at this time. My family feel like were just a inconvenience to the doctors at this office. I do hope they fix these problems and spend more time with there patients

This place is the world's worst place. The only one there I care for is Katy. The rest of them I do not like. My son has been there twice for hurting. I took him to them and he seen a np that was not the one we normally see and she would not give him a note for the school. So now we went there yesterday and she said oh he is fine nothing wrong he should have been in school all day. Guess what we are at the hospital with a monitor on his heart. And there is one office staff there that thinks she is better than anyone. So no more will my family be going back there again.

They're a couple of people There that actually do help when you're in need of medical help . But there are the ones won't mention names but will laugh behind your back i was in pain and heard outside of door while I was waiting and he was saying uncalled things and they knew you could here them so I asked why they would do that and they looked surprised that I heard them. Who ever goes their be careful who you see. That's not a good place to be if you're hurting. Or need help. Very very poor service.
