This is the worst urgent care I have been too in so many years, probably ever. I arrived with my son having 105° temperature but they said they could not help be sure they were at capacity at 1:29pm with 5 people in the waiting room. To top it off they had no other recommendation for us to go to. They didn’t even think of recommending the emergency room. Absolutely useless and heartless staff, doctor and owner.

Arrived 855am, 10 people ahead of me. Filled out paperwork and sat and sat some more. They do preemployment testing, but I shouldn’t have had to sit for over 2 hours. When I asked receptionist she checked and there were 2 patients in front of me. Everyone in waiting room now came in after I did.
Finally back to room after weight etc, LPN/NA never said her name, hello, sorry for the wait.
I sat another 30 min in room was on my way to walk out and the PA was in hall. She was nice, took me in room, apologized for wait.
Weird thing was I received verbal instructions but no written paperwork for discharge.
I will not be back but didn’t want to tie up ED with a probable sinus infection.

Staff are always courteous and helpful. I know there will be a wait for service. That’s the nature of a walk-in clinic at the height of flu/COVID season. I have two suggestions, however. Provide masks at the reception desk and encourage people to use them. Out of 15 people 4 had on masks. And, please choose a non-political channel to have on in the waiting room. I heard several folks grumble about having to watch/listen to FIX news. Thank you.

Save your breath and go somewhere else. I’ve been to Hillcrest several times as a last resort, and I have never been treated kindly by a single staff member. Last time I had a high fever and was miserable, and they didn’t take my temperature, check my ears, throat or anything. She just prescribed me antibiotics and sent me on my way. Today, I found out my daughter was screaming crying about her ear hurting with a possible infection after I got off work and they say they’re open til 7 so I rushed as quick as I could to get there with my toddler and 7 year old in tow, and they turned us away saying they weren’t seeing any more patients but the lady kept looking over at someone like she was waiting on them to tell her yes or no. Now we have to spend tomorrow, a Saturday, trying to find somewhere else that will see her because I’m never going back to Hillcrest. Haven’t heard a good thing about them from anyone I know that has been there.

My fiancé was very sick while being here from fl. It was the day after thanksgiving. We arrived at the clinic at 10:30 there were only a few people in the waiting room so we were happy about that. However e waited 40 min just to get our paperwork but then waited about 45 min to be called back. Once back in the room the medical staff told us she was sorry we had to wait but the Dr was and I quote.. feeding her baby. I was in shock at the unprofessional treatment. We’re we’re there over 2 hrs We will never come here again.. God help the medical field

I’m sharing this because my friend was told over the phone that since she is going through college that they give a discount on her physical of $25.00 then when she gets there to get her physical they tell her that it will be $75.00 because they consider it for pre employment physical!! Very disappointing especially when she is trying so hard to get through college on a limited budget!!!

I came in for bloodwork for an upcoming ct..stopped first at the image center with a quick question about paper work that I didn't have for my bloodwork...the girl bit my head off...sent me to bloodwork window..said in a very nasty voice...I don't know anything about her paperwork...no need to be so ugly to people....

I had at least 3 images done at the request of my doctor and the different technicians-every time did not fill the ultrasound or x-ray my doctor had ordered to the full extent. They picked and chose what to ultrasound and x-ray. Consequently, It did not diagnose the problems. Also, I was not informed by the front desk that my insurance was not in network. We are faced with paying this at a time when our finances are extremely tight. What is the point of having insurance if it is not accepted by a clinic?
