A great gym for most ages and for any skill level. It has a very comfortable environment, and it is always clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and appreciates the community and its patrons. There is a wide variety of machines, weights, and equipment. Members of the gym are courteous and I have never experienced any problems or unpleasant interactions. Even on seemingly busy days/times, it isn’t packed full. There are fitness classes and trainers that are dedicated to helping you reach your wellness goals.

The Wellness Center is a clean and safe place to work out. There's plenty of space and equipment for all levels of fitness(even beginners!).

The fact that they have a heated pool is a big plus for me. To have access to such a relaxing therapeutic addition is extremely helpful with flexibility and recovery as well as certain lung exercises I practice. Also the training pool for swimming exercises! The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. This gym is super clean and well structured with the most modern equipment that is well maintained. I love this gym!!!

If you like a well organized gym or health recuperating services this is a great start. I'm just getting started here with a indoor pool. Looks like a great gym, well organized, helpful staff. Well lit, clean.

Very convenient hours, open 7 days a week, when I go to do water exercises, I almost always have the pool to myself. Staff is always nice and friendly. They even have a coffee dispenser.

After being treated like I was bum off the streets from Planet Fattness just to join. My wife and I went to Wellness Center of URMC and was treated like folks of the Community. It took less than 15 minutes from front door to sign up.f

Yes, there are cheaper gyms, but this one is more centered on getting healthy than getting buff. The staff and trainers are always ready to help and they actually notice when you miss a few days. Plus, they have the pool and therapy pool.
