Front office staff Holly, and Chasity were both warm, welcoming, helpful, professional, and kind. They made me feel ease that my first appointment. Everybody was very friendly. Dr. Brown had a great bedside manner that made One feel comfortable. He was thorough, professional, and patient with his explanations and diagnosis. Overall an outstanding experience!

My second cleaning with Thomaston Dental, and both times have been great. Never really had to wait, staff super friendly, and cleaning experience went well. I was given a couple of great options for grinding to prevent added expense for me. Highly recommend!

Where to begin?! Dr. Brown started out by taking care of my Invisalign treatment and he did such a wonderful job! I was so insecure about my smile and he made it beautiful again! After I finished my Invisalign treatment, I started taking my kids to see him for their routine cleanings and he does so great with them. (My children are 6 and 9 yrs old) He’s very gentle, kind, and puts their dental fears to ease. Last but not least, Dr. Brown completely SAVED my Christmas! This honestly means more to me than him taking care of my Invisalign. He came around when I needed him the very MOST! (Long story short) I chipped my front tooth when I was younger and the filling came off after 16 yrs. My whole entire world crashed that day my filling came out. With it being so close to Christmas, it felt nearly impossible for me to get into ANY dentist! I am SO THANKFUL Dr. Brown got me in last minute. He was able to get me in the very next morning and he did such an awesome job! The whole entire office is very clean and very professional. I would highly recommend them to you AND your family!

I literally despise going to the dentist. It is the bane of my existence. However, Dr. Brown and his staff make it as pleasurable of an experience as possible. His hygienist does a fabulous job For me. She takes her time and is impeccably patient. I’ve had to see Dr. Brown twice for Extended work and he was a pleasure as well.

I love my dentist! Everyone is always so nice and personable . They take their time and do a fantastic job. It never feels like they rush. They’re very patient and gentle. The online appointment scheduling was great! I got a cleaning appointment next day!
