Dr. Allen and his staff truly care and provide excellent service to their patients. Everyone is so friendly and speak, even if I see them at stores in Thomaston. Amber was so great with me as I have extreme vertigo and went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have a vertigo issue. Thank y'all for all you do for your patients.

I had my very 1st visit to Dr. Allen just recently. I am very impressed with this dentist office. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Dr Allen was very thorough and thoughtful during my examination. I am very thankful for the care I was given at this Dentist!

My visit was very nice . It was 2015 since I had visit doctor Allen office. The nurse was great ,she explain everything to me as she took X-rays. I would highly recommend them . Thanks and see you next time.

My usual dentist is MM&B in Zebulon. My insurance changed so I called Dr. Allens office to scheduled an appointment because I bit into something that chipped both my top and bottom teeth. I asked if they take medicaid, they dont. However the lady on the phone did tell me that they take my Cigna insurance through the county where I work.

This morning I went in and presented my cigna, my ID, and medicaid card. The front desk lady, Sharron I believe, said they can't take me as a patient bc I have medicaid...I said I asked these questions when making the appointment and she just responded, they can't see me because I have medicaid. I said "just use the Cigna card then" and she refused. I said, "if I never presented the medicaid card then what?" She responded "but you did and we are phasing out medicaid patients"...(pregnancy medicaid and THEY scheduled my affordable the day before Thanksgiving btw, probabdidnt want to see me).

I made arrangements for care for my newborn and to be there this morning, on time just to be back at square one. Why wasn't this told to me over the phone to avoid all this? I'd rather pay MM&B out of network cost to be seen by staff that anticipate customers needs and have decorum than be givin the run around like this again.

Great staff and environment! Amber was so sweet and fun with my 5 year old’s appointment, and my cleaning was quick and painless. Billing is fair, and we didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Overall a 5 star experience, we’re happy to have found a dentistry home here!

Very professional and down to earth at the same time.I’ve had a few dentist over the years and he tells you everything not just we’re gonna pull or get implants like others do. You’ll discuss a plan and do what’s best for you making any repairs that’s possible.i highly recommend
