My son had surgery here last week. He is an adult with special needs. Every single person was phenomenal. I felt our concerns were addressed, lots of patience given, and constant communication as his procedure progressed. He even later received a card from the team that worked him! We've only within the last year discovered this medical gem in Dalton. Chattanooga was always our go-to..but not anymore. Our family has now been served in the Heart Center, Endoscopy Center, and Surgery Center. There isn't a single negative thing for me to say. Thank you for making us feel important during such stressful times.

I had surgery here today and couldn’t be more pleased with the facility and staff. The receptionist smiled and greeted me as I walked in, she was polite during the interview/consultation. A super sweet nurse took care of my prep for surgery and consistently checked on me as we awaited the anesthesiologist. All of the OR staff was friendly with each other and myself which was very comforting. My first nurse was there for me during recovery and continued to provide excellent care. Another nurse took over once I was moved to a room and she was also very kind, considerate, and caring. I felt like I was the only patient there and their top priority. A huge heartfelt thank you and great appreciation to everyone that took care of me today!

An all around wonderful experience. All the staff we encountered were knowledgeable and helpful. The nurses who assisted pre and post op were amazing - Professional, kind, gentle, and respectful. Stephanie and Jennifer were particularly great. Thank you to this group for making patient care such a priority!

Had knee surgery on January 22. The front desk was professional enough. The nurses where very professional! I was nervous about the surgery they where understanding help calm my nerves. The Doctors where great took time to explain everything to me. Everyone I meet when I was took back for surgery was great. Would highly recommend Hamilton Ambulatory center. Update on 11-20-2019 Had surgery on ankle tendon repair. In my opinion you could not ask for better people. From the front desk to the nurses getting you ready for surgery you truly feel that it is more than a job to these people. I was super nervous and they put my nerves at ease very compassionate and professional. I highly recommend them. Appreciate all they did for me!!!

Had my tubes removed and endometrial ablation performed by Dr. Calfee here this morning. Dr Calfee had removed my right ovary a few years back and did a phenomenal job on that so I already knew I was in fantastic hands! The staff here were Very comforting as I always get Very nervous when having to have surgeries. The anesthesiologist was very thorough and made sure to explain everything they were doing very well! I woke up in pain and they were quick to get me comfortable! The nurse who set my IV up- I cannot remember your name to save me and I'm So sorry because you were AMAZING! ! We had a small conversation about patients being scared of needles (such as Myself, Big Time!!) and a friend of yours with a needle phobia but tattoos! I hardly felt the initial insertion and Zero bruising as I usually would! You had a Fantastic sense of humor and took Very good care of me! I appreciate you more than you'll ever know! Thank You, Team!! Truly an amazing experience all the way around! I highly recommend!!

Had Gallbladder removed here and everything went very well during pre op and surgery, other than some of the staff, in operating room the anesthesiologist had an argument with the surgeon over the top of me, then, after I came out of the recovery room and the nursing staff who were more worried about hurrying me out the door so they could get off work in time were less than professional and compassionate to say the least. I needed to be admitted and transferred to the main hospital and had to
listen to the nurse complain about it while I was deathly sick and in severe pain.
