Really love Dr. Chung!! Very caring. Had some issues with getting appointments made in summer of 2024. Office staff wouldn't make them for some reason & said I had to talk to one specific person for appointments. That specific person is in surgery all day everyday. And I had assistants sometimes that would come in & ask if I was there for an extraction after already having it extracted. But Dr. Chung was amazing!!!

My husband went there to get a infected tooth removed. DR.Billy! put anesthetic in but did not wait for it too kick in! RIPPED HIS TOOTH RIGHT OUT! he also said my husband smells bad! This dentist should get his license removed! My husband is now in the car crying and screaming in pain! Worst dentist ever! NEVER going back!

My wisdom teeth were hurting so I made an appointment. It was about 180$ for a consult and an X-ray. I am fortunate that all three of my wisdom teeth are grown and completely straight so they could pull them like a normal tooth. They offered to pull the tooth that was hurting me same day, but I had a meeting later. They got me scheduled for three weeks later.

Tooth was out in 3 seconds and only cost me 160$. One day later and I’m in zero pain.

I went in last Monday to have surgery and I had two extractions and Dr Chung did an amazing job on my mouth The only thing that's been bothering me is my cheek It has like a hard lump and that could be a abscess or a bone spur but it can be handled in taken care of with the right care other than that he did awesome The staff are very friendly They do care about you and if you have any concerns after having your teeth pulled all you have to do is call them back and let them know They will listen they are really good people and I love Dr Chung I've been seeing him for years He's amazing at what he does

Wonderful experience here. Dr. Chung put any fear I had to rest about my procedure. He kindly told me it would be just a few minutes because someone had an abscess and he needed to get her first so she would be ok! I knew I was in good hands. He has a peace about him. He explained procedure and executed it with absolute gentleness and professionalism. The staff is informative and kind. Thank you for taking great care of me.

We appreciate Dr Chung. He’s very professional and does a good job. My husband had a minor bleeding complication after a surgical extraction and Dr Chung solved the problem quickly and the bleeding stopped after he put some stitches in. My husband is on the mend and back to himself. Also, I called after hours and his team was very nice and offer suggestions. I would recommend anyone to Dr Chung. He’s an amazing dentist who knows what he”s doing. He’s professional and so in his team. Thank you so much Dr Chung for the laughs and being there for my husband Robert

4 wisdom teeth out, two had to be cut out. This was literally my first dental experience aside from routine cleaning, and I felt like I was in and out.

I really loved Dr. Chung, he has a ton of experience and a great sense of humor, and he was so gentle with me. His staff was good. Prices reasonable. Great communication compared with my other recent experiences.

I have zero regret trusting him to help me. Highly recommend!

I am very terrified of any dentist, it’s just my anxiety. But as soon as I walked in Dr.Billy Chungs office It had felt better then any dentist. I have been dealing with wisdom teeth pain and impacted wisdom tooth pain for a very long time now. Every dentist I went to wanted to
schedule me so so far out or something just wasn’t right. I called dr billy chungs office and they got me right in for a consult and he seen how bad and in pain i was so he went ahead and got them out for me the same day. It was very quick and I didn’t even feel or remember a thing. I’ve never felt more grateful about a dentist. I defiently recommend them! He has a great sense of humor and makes you feel very comfortable as well as his staff!! And if you ever have any questions even after hours they are sure to get back with you with an answer! Best dentist i’ve ever been too 10 out of 10!!!! Big thank you to Dr Billy Chung and his team!
