My 81 year old mother had a nasty toothache and the staff at Bain were all very friendly and helpful. They allowed me be with her as they worked on her mouth and Dr. Johnson (or Johnston?) put her at ease, talking with her through the entire procedure, giving her rest time, etc.. He was super gentle and patient with her.

By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist. They did the diagnosis, and when I went to billing for my treatment plan and get the payment break down they informed me my insurance “had a waiting period of 12 months” I called my insurance and they said my policy had no wait period. I informed billing and they said “they called my insurance and the treatment plan payments were correct” they quoted me $4,000 for the extraction. I called my insurance back and they said they had the record of the call from the dentist office and that the call had dropped and they never confirmed anything or even called back. I went to Carrollton oral facial surgery, they ACTUALLY called my insurance, got the correct quote and had my extraction done 2 days later and my out of pocket was $800. Bain never did even the bare minimum contacting my insurance, they argued with me back and forth telling me I was wrong and that they spoke to insurance but they never did. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. They don’t care about their patients they just want to lie to get you to pay the most out of pocket they can get. My insurance even said if they wouldn’t even contact them to get the actual correct information to find another dentist and less than 12 hours later I had an accurate quote and appointment set. I’m so completely appalled at the utter incompetence of this dentist office and their billing/insurance department. If they can’t even get your accurate insurance information how many poor souls have paid way too much out of pocket because these people are so incapable of doing their jobs.

Today I went in with lots of pain. Dr Bain not only made an extraction but cleaned my bone from a severe infection. He also was able to put in bone with such high technology that he preforms with. He was so patient and kind towards my pain. He is the most amazing Dr. I have ever seen or dealt with. I truly recommend him and his amazing staff.

I've been going to Dr. Bain a little over a year and I say proudly that out of 42 years on earth, he is the first Dentist I trust and have faith in. From day one till today 1-16-25, he has never failed me. His ability to listen to his patients will never be matched. My whole family is seen here and will continue.

Horrible experience at Bain Dental. I went in for a dentist visit for two broken teeth but instead they did a gum cleaning. Im mad because should be taken care of my two broken teeth instead of a gum cleaning but i was thinking it nedded to be done but should of not of gotten it done cause that cost alot of money. Out of my pocket too. So I just did a partial cleaning at the monent. They did do a full exam and did go over what needs to be done to my teeth. Told me they were gonna try to save both and put in crowns. Well my wisdom tooth had a sharp edge on it and was bothering me really bad but they did nothing about it. I had to call back and make another appointment for that to be taken care of so when I go to have that taken care of at that appointment the dentist thought I was back for the other partial gum cleaning I'm like no it's to do something about my sharpness on my tooth. They saw my tooth down and they go ahead and do the other partial cleaning while I'm there then make another appointment a month later for the crown on my other tooth. Not one time did they tell me my wisdom tooth was pushing into my tooth in front of it. So I went to another dentist cause my whole left side of my mouth was hurting and throbbing really bad and that's how I found out about the wisdom tooth pushing into my tooth in front of it and it needed to be extracted. The dentist at Bain did not tell me this or advise me it needed to be extracted. So this says that all this place wants is money from us and do not care about their patients. Very money hungry. I will not be back and never will recommend this place ever. Very mad and frustrated. I just wanted my two broken teeth fixed and not have to be in pain for over a month.

Today was my first appointment to Bain Dental Group and the staff and doctor were very polite, professional, attentive and they answered my questions. They made me feel comfortable. The office was very clean, and welcoming. They offered affordable payment plans if your insurance didn’t cover the cost of service needed.
