I cannot recommend Dr. Danielle enough! I had postpartum pelvic pain and was feeling limited in my daily life by this pain (not able to pick up my baby or go on walks without having pain), and my OB recommended I see Danielle. At my evaluation, Danielle was very thorough and created a plan to help me get back to doing what I love to do without pain. After a month of PT so far, I am already improving and am hopeful about getting back to normal life! Danielle is kind, encouraging, and an expert in her field. This is the place to go for pelvic PT in NWA!

Prenatal pelvic floor therapy was invaluable to me during my pregnancy. Dr. Danielle provided so many resources and tailored exercises to meet my own individuals needs. She was an essential asset to my birth team and was truly a gem to work with. I found scheduling, follow-up, and sessions to be very professional but also super flexible and accommodating. Would highly recommend her to any of my friends and will continue to work with her through postpartum and for any future pregnancies.

I have seen Dr. Megan for about 6 months now for Pelvic Floor PT and she is AMAZING! I went in expecting to live with pain and discomfort for the rest of my life, and she refused to believe that. Her knowledge and willingness to sit and listen to her client is truly remarkable and in my opinion makes her a more caring therapist. Her positive attitude, infectious happiness, and empathetic personality shines through in her practice. 10/10 🙂

Dr. Megan James is an excellent provider! I started Pelvic Floor Therapy after a small complication postpartum. Dr. James took into consideration all of my concerns new and old. She offered great insight, was reassuring, and compassionate to the emotional side of being newly postpartum( getting comfortable with a totally new body). She created a plan that had me making improvements very quickly! Highly recommend her and Pelvic Roots.

I started seeing Dr. Megan in the 2nd trimester of my first pregnancy because I wanted to strengthen my pelvic floor. I attribute so much of my smooth birth experience and physical postpartum recovery to her expertise. She is incredibly knowledgeable and kind - I highly recommend her!

Megan is the best PT! I was lucky to find her near the end of my second pregnancy. She helped me work through my back pain during pregnancy and then was a game changer during my post partum journey. She made my recovery from my second child’s birth easier than my first. I was able to get back into exercise safely and pain free. She continues to keep my back pains at bay and the way she puts her clients at ease is the reason I will forever use her as my PT!

Currently going through my first pregnancy and was referred to Pelvic Roots by my OB for few different issues. I am so glad I took the referral, I always feel better when leaving this office. Dr. Megan has been fantastic to work with. She is easy to talk to, educating and always knows exactly what to recommend to help you to feel better than when you first came in.

I’ve made alot of progress as far as being able to just move more comfortably since starting and I am looking forward to postpartum recovery work with her next!

I seen Dr Megan James after I was still experiencing tailbone pain 18 months postpartum that developed whenever I was 14 weeks pregnant. My only regret was not seeing her sooner. I went from having daily pain from sitting, wiping, laying in bed, even just the movement of doing a kegel exercise would hurt. Now I’m basically pain free after seeing Megan. During her appointments she did dry needling, cupping, and she gave me stretches and exercises to take home and do. She was always so kind and helpful at each appointment. I’m thankful I found her and grateful for all of her knowledge and help. I would highly recommend her.
