Very efficient staff, and friendly, and a really nice environment in the office. This was my first visit with Dr. Costa & a podiatrist. He covered all aspects of my podiatry needs, more than I thought of. I will go back in a month and am hopeful.

I'm got billed on September 13, 2023 for a surgery I had about ten years ago? I'm so confused. MediCal benefits were supposed to take care of that. How can I be billed without seeing him as a patient? This is the ONLY reason for one star. Other than that he was great he was very understanding when I found out that I had claustrophobia and couldn't handle a cast he just gave me a splint instead. In addition to that he gave me an incision on the side of my Achilles which provided me great comfort because I didn't have to worry about anything rubbing against the back of my achilles which is where most doctors if not all that I've seen make the incision.

Long story short:

I live abroad and I was in town for a short visit. My dad made an appointment on my behalf for ingrown toenail, foot pain and bunions (otherwise I would have to make an international call) ?.

My dad was able to make an appointment quickly, without the hassle of insurance verification and dreadful questionnaires.

Mind you I haven’t been back to the US in 3.5 years.

I showed up, front desk staff (Katherine) gave me a very warm welcome. Easy paperwork to fill out.

Met with Dr. D’Costa- he’s skilled and an experienced clinician. X-rays and plan of care was given and a date was set for ingrown toenail extraction.

Rest of the staff is very curious and knowledgeable.

I had a few follow up appointments. Appointments were easily obtained. The toenail extraction went as expected. No issues.

Highly recommend for foot and ankle issues.

Easy availability for appointments, Great front desk staff, knowledgeable medical assistants, and straightforward nonsense clinician.

I got a severe infection and almost had to have my entire leg amputated. Dr. D'Costa has saved my foot and leg. He is a great surgeon and podiatrist and I would highly recommend him.

Dr Costa
is probably the only 1 outstanding Wound care Dr. between Marin co and Santa Rosa. That is absolutely great. He had helped my brother and probably saved his leg !!!! I cant say enough good things about him.

A wonderful doctor!! My physician had given up hopes of curing wounds on legs and had gone to the extent of hinting at possible amputation. I searched for a good doctor on the net after that, and landed with a great one!!! He cured me in just four sittings. He gave my life back.
