I understand that when going to places like the Dr, DMV or post office you aren’t expecting a grand experience. But this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a place that was being paid to “take care of me”
To give credit where credit is due whoever helped check me in was so sweet and understanding of the difficult time I am facing being on new medication recently having seizures, etc she was the only positive part of this visit. Dr Prado however is clearly in the wrong industry and should not be in a line of work involving caring for others. She was assumptive, rude, interrupted me several times, overall just terrible qualities for someone in her field. I got maybe 12 minutes of her time and I majority of it she spent telling me I shouldn’t have scheduled it with her in the first place. Disregarding that I have recently moved back to a house much closer to her location and was planning on transitioning back due to that convenience. Regardless she seemed uninterested in helping me and that seems to be the overall consensus of her care based on these reviews.

UCHealth Aspen Creek Medical Center is always a joy to visit. The staff is always friendly and it is clear things are run smoothly and efficiently. I see Dr. Ravin and he is just the nicest, doctor I have ever met. He listens to you and works with you on whatever issue you have. He truly cares about his patients.

The Aspen Creek Medical Center--from the receptionists to the medical providers--is outstanding. Having been under their care for the past decade, I would not go anywhere else for my medical needs. Dr. Mark Robinson is extraordinary. Not only is he eminently qualified in family medicine, he is an active and empathetic listener, always seeking to meet the needs of his patients. Additionally, his nurse, Leslie, is highly skilled, courteous, and friendly.

Melissa was great! She listened and was empathetic to my trauma I have experienced my whole. She recommended great resources to help me. She is part time so she is hard to get into but worth it if you're able to wait.

DO NOT see Dr. Prado if you are worried about anything or need a diagnosis!!
DO go to Dr. Kiley if you are looking for a pediatrician!!

Dr. Kiley is literally an angel! She lets us ask her a million questions which of course we always have, we are new parents. She is amazing with our baby, he loves her, and she has helped us with so much of the new parent anxiety in such a professional, kind, and thoughtful way we couldn't ask for a better pediatrician.

The Nurse practitioners me and my husband see are both wonderful as well. Megan Bartusek helped me finally figure out what was causing my years of pain, and Joshua Blake helped get my husband to the right person to finally fix an injury that has been causing awful pain since he was in the military. Amazing people phenomenal professionals.

Unfortunately we both had to see Dr. Prado while trying to get help for these problems.
She is the chronic pain patient's worst nightmare l am not 30 yet so according to her I am too young to have back pain even with a history of injury, any fears or concerns I had about other things were literally laughed at in my face even though I have historic reasons for these concerns. I couldn't even get her to stop talking over me or looking at me like I was stupid. Felt horrible and incredibly hopeless after that appointment. My husband saw her afterwards (the appt had already been scheduled before mine and he wanted to give her one more chance) and she once again barely listened and told him his situation instead of letting him tell her what was going on, but she let him get a referral to derm after we repeated multiple times that the "advise" she was giving we already tried. And acted like my husband's skin problems were just because he was dirty.
We both still like this facility it's clean and the rest of the staff are wonderfully personable and the good outweighs the bad by a longshot but we would like to know how to report Dr. Prado since her extreme unprofessional behavior and aggressive pride on needed to be right caused us to go to more visits to solve the problem she declared impossible for me to have, just because she said so. If I had given up after her I could have gone the rest of my life with pain or gotten seriously hurt for it getting worse, she is going to hurt someone.

Dr Jeffrey Kent is the best family practitioner anywhere! We trust him completely with our care. He listens intently and is very compassionate in how he treats his patients. The staff also reflect his caring attitude.

I’ve been putting off reviewing this location for a while. I love my Dr, but everything else about this clinic is horrible. I have to fight with the staff to get any medication or follow through on anything. I’ve gotten straight up lies from the staff as to why medication wasn’t fulfilled. They wait until 5pm to respond to messages in the app so that you can’t get in touch with anyone until 5pm the next day when they decide to respond.
I scheduled a telehealth appointment to follow up on paperwork that I sent them and then a day later (at 5pm) they message me saying I have to schedule ANOTHER appointment because the paperwork is too complex for them. I pretty much only can ever get in touch with a call center and they tell me they will pass along a message to the clinic. Which takes a day or two. The drs are good in my experience but the staff is terrible.

I would not reccomend seeing Dr. Prado ever. Worse doctor interaction I have ever had in my life. She judges, she makes assumptions, she treats you terribly, she passes remarks that should not come out of any physicians mouth. I am truly disgusted by her arrogance, her lack of compassion, her cruelty and her bias. I have now called the patient complaint line twice and cannot get a response.
