Good medical services. The doctors are nice and provide good care. I like that they listen to my needs. The nurse assistants are nice and attentive too and always take the time to see how I’m doing. The therapist Matt can be cold and insensitive, but if you don’t need a therapist you’re good. I recommend this clinic for medical services.

Have nothing but great things to say about Lauren Thayer. She’s listened to my symptoms closely and treated me properly for everything. It’s nice to have a primary doctor on the same road as all the specialists as well!

Can't complain at all! This office was the best experience I've had so far. All the staff are nice and friendly. They are so comforting they make you feel very welcomed. The vibe when you walk inside is fantastic everyone had smiles and had a positive attitude. I would definitely recommend this clinic. I can't wait to return back! ♡

I've been a patient at the other ICHC location for a few years, since before they took over management of this clinic. I was fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Craig's, & was initially bummed when I learned that he's not really seeing patients anymore -- until I learned that it's because he's the medical director for both clinics! No wonder he cut down on his provider role; it's a miracle he ever found time to see patients in the first place! After that revelation, I had high hopes for any provider working under him since he's so fantastic himself, & my awesome NP Lauren has absolutely lived up to his great precedent. ? (The program is a little religiously-flavored if you look closely, but they NEVER preach at you or or even hint about it in any way whatsoever, which I know is an important factor for a lot of people. That's just one of the ways these guys are rock stars at trauma-informed care; they REALLY know their patient demographic.)

I really adore the patient care ethic/philosophy of this practice, specifically how they're great at nonjudgmentally respecting & validating that patients are generally doing the best we can with what we've got. I find their services to be better than those of any other low-cost primary care resource I've tried in the past. Any low-cost clinic will usually have issues with being overburdened (though it seems ICHC has a fairly good handle on that, particularly this location), & it's vital for patients to understand that we have accountability too for ensuring our logistics & communication work out ... but speaking as part of an underserved population & a public health geek, these guys at ICHC really step up the game compared to the way things usually work in this field. I enthusiastically recommend them (particularly this location) to everyone I know who needs accessible affordable primary care, & if I were in a position to donate to support these clinics, I would.

If you go have a great experience with them, I hope you leave a good review too! If looks like most reviews on here are from when this clinic was under different management, & not only does ICHC deserve to start with a clean slate since taking over this spot, but also people who need their help will be more likely to discover them if their reviews more accurately reflect the current state of operations (& goodness knows we need more underserved people in this town to find good primary care!). Many thanks to the clinical & admin staff of ICHC for pouring your hearts & souls into one of the most challenging, underfunded, underappreciated, & vitally necessary areas of medicine!

We have been seen at this Doctors office nearly every 2 months for the last 2 years due to a family member with a chronic condition. There has recently been a change in ownership and many improvements have been made. We receive great care from Dr Eichhorn and his nurse Linda. He is very thorough with exams and even better at listening and asking questions. They always answer our calls and the Doctor promptly returns phone messages to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we may have between appointments. From the reception and office staff to the Doctor , they all do any awesome job and we appreciate their hard work!

My wife has been sick for a week, she tried to schedule a same day appointment with these people. She is already a patient and in their system. It was unbelievable how rude the receptionist is. Called them like 6 times, and every single time they put you on hold for up to 10 minutes. I simply watched the time peel off the clock as I sat there calling and getting put on hold repeatedly. When they finally do pick up, they will tell you that the concept of a same day appointment doesn't exist at this clinic. They could care less that she has been to the ER twice and Urgent care once. Know what their reply was? "wait 10 days or go to urgent care"

The problem is that urgent care and other quick clinics do not give a referral to specialist. If you are sick and dying, or in desperate need of these people to give you a referral, you are better off finding a different clinic. These people are savage when it comes to empathy and understanding that people are sick and they need help. The receptionist just make up any excuse they can. On the 7th call she is like "oh, the doctors are sick nobody can see you for 10 days"

Why does this receptionist keep her job? She won't even give you her name and the only reason that she is probably hired there is because she is cheap to keep around at a lower wage. This clinic is absolutely awful, I am the type of person who doesn't even hardly leave reviews and they are so bad I felt compelled to log into my account and share just how ignorant and absolutely asinine these people are. Are these the kind of people you want to trust with your healthcare? Are they even qualified enough to be trusted? I wouldn't trust these people with important things like medication and injections if they can't even help you with the most simplest of task. I would consider suing them for malpractice if my wife were to become deceased.

Clinics shouldn't be like this place is, it feels like the kind of place you get sent when there is no other place around close by. It's a real popsicle stand. I used to be a patient myself and desperately went anywhere I could to get away, and went with Indian peaks medical to escape their malpractice. I highly do not recommend this place.

I went to this clinic several times over the past month. I found the staff to be friendly, caring, and professional. I do not agree with some of the reviews here. Just because a younger woman dresses a bit more modern does not make her outfit inappropriate. In would recommend this clinic as a low cost alternative for those who are on Medicaid or similar insurance plans.

I've been taking my grandparents to this clinic for many years and they have been great to work with. They truly care about their patients as they always do a thorough examination and sometimes giving us a referral to a specialist when needed.

I really enjoy how the staff is so nice and patient with my grandparents and they also really like the staff at Wheat Ridge Clinic. It's worth the drive across town!
