What an awesome experience! My kiddos loved the “jungle dentist!” My oldest has a hard time at the dentist, lots of nervous butterflies. And when she was all done with her cleaning, she said “I dont have butterflies anymore!!” I would highly recommend for your kiddos! We absolutely loved Dr. Kyle! And we loved the waiting room jungle!!! Such a great thing to calm some nerves down before going back!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Kyle and all the staff at All Kids Dental! They are absolutely amazing people! My 3 year old son has very deep grooves on his back teeth which were starting to stain and we were worried about the possibility of cavities. Dr. Kyle recommended sealants to protect his back molars so they won’t develop cavities.
My son was very nervous about getting sealants because he didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Kyle was so patient, sweet and kind to Xander and within 15min, all his back teeth were sealed! Thank you so much All Kids Dental! You all are fantastic!

Double extraction day!!! Well even after having two teeth pulled my son loves this place! Our family has been coming here for years. It's nice to know my kids don't have the dentist phobia like their mother. The staff is great, friendly-helpful-responsive! The doctors are amazing and so great with kids. Having a slide in the waiting area is always a plus! Whoever brainstormed this concept did a great job! We highly recommend this dentist office.

We were initially extremely impressed with this clinic and the dental team were fantastic with our son, however we had a dental emergency as our son fell and hit his mouth on a concrete step. After speaking with the dentist on a Friday and wanting us to be seen on Monday we did our best to make it through the weekend using pain medications.

Our son broke one front tooth, the tooth was mostly gone and the root was exposed. He was absolutely in pain and other teeth were impacted, but not as badly. We called first thing Monday morning and nobody answered the phone however, we received a text message that we would get a return call soon. after no responses for over an hour, we went to another dentist. We left voicemails, sent multiple texts and never received a response.

By the time we returned home, after a sedation procedure and having the damaged tooth pulled, we still had heard nothing. We called again and the excuse was that the power was out but someone was sending us text messages in the meantime. The receptionist stated those were automated, but literally on the website it states you can text them. I believe they were not being truthful as to why nobody contacted us. We were established patients and when our son needed emergency care, their team fell extremely short. I will never make the sacrifice in regard to my son‘s care again and you shouldn’t make the mistake we did and take the chance of having it happen to you.

In response to your comment: You may reach out to us if you would like to discuss this further. Your office failed my son in time of emergency. I can confirm that your office DID NOT call us back, we called you and asked to speak with a member of management and were told there was nobody we could speak with so I did try and speak with someone. My suggestion would be that when you get after hours calls, you prioritize those patients somehow and check on them first thing in the morning. Your partner knew we had an emergency and we were waiting to see you all first thing on Monday. Why don’t you create a method of tracking those patients so that in times like this you can assist with getting them the care they need? How are patients supposed to know that a text message is automated and there is actually no human there? You may have lost power but that doesn’t impact cell service or google voice. We also live in the mountains and your office is right off a major highway so “mountain living” is not the cause of this issue. If anything, it was a fluke that a bird flew into the transformer and you had to wait for the power company to address it. If “mountain living” is still an issue, then make preparations that many of the rest of us do when we experience power outages. I hope you choose to take this as a learning opportunity to ensure care for your patients in the future.

Also, once again I welcome a call to discuss this and how your office will implement measures to prevent this from happening to another child. I had no other option except google reviews because when I did call, a manager wasn’t available and a call back was not offered, only that they could take a message. This was far too much to say in a written message with the receptionist.
