El día que yo yegue ahí estaba muy mal de mi rodilla gracias a los esfuerzos de los terapeutas ya puedo mover mi pie un poco más doblar mi rodilla no al cien por que para que pase eso nesecito una cirugía pero les doi las gracias por su atención y dedicación mil gracias

Had a total knee replacement Nov 4. I am so happy I picked Pro Active for my rehabilitation. They definitely know what they are doing. Everyone is very friendly and caring. The facility has easy access and is very clean. They will push you to your limit, but have been great . It's only been 4 weeks, but I can feel myself getting stronger every day. I'm getting the other knee done the end of January, you can be sure I will come here again. They will never get rid of me, lol. Thanks Pro Active!

If you're expecting a one on one session, do not come here. I've only been to this location 3 times. The first day was great, the second day not so great. On the second day I went in, did some minor stretches, got asked some simple questions about my personal life, I go to answer and she proceeds to slightly ignore me and coached another therapist next to me on the bench. Now I don't have an issue with you helping another one, my issue is when it's every single answer was slightly dismissed. Was told on the first day that dry needling would be behind a curtain/in another room & had to do it in the open with a towel/blanket around the area. She then proceeds to leave me and another worker came up and asked me if I wanted to keep or remove the needles. I took them out. I then started on my stretches/exercises, just to continuously get walked away from and by the time I finished, I had to sit there and wait to get help. One person was on there phone pacing around while I just sat there. The few who tried to help were really kind, but they have their own patient. Today I come in and got called to the back. I got sat down, waited for over 6 minutes to have someone approach me. One lady looked at me like I was supposed to just start. Like ma'am I'm only 3 days in, not to mention my insurance is paying for this. Why would I not have someone to help me? Then I got a call as to why I left, I explained everything, just to get a poor response back from my physical therapist.

I love this place, my therapist McKenzie is amazing. Really ALL the staff is awesome and kind. They treat everyone with care; I will be here for any therapy that comes my way in the future and I highly recommend this place.

The team is awesome, they all know their jobs and I can see they enjoy what they do to get the patients recovered. They all work as a team to help their patients. I'd recommend this PT group to anyone.

I would not go to any other p/t place! Found them through my PCP and was incredibly grateful right away! Steve + the staff are so attentive + helpful. They have dry needling + BFR - both of which have brought my tendonitis to nearly existent! They’ve shown me the offsite excercises + explained in detail the importance of preventing injuries + stating mobile + health through the excercises! Proof is in my mobility now! Do not pass this place up! They are busy but if you can get in do it!!

Friends of mine recommended Pro Active Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in the Belmar area of Lakewood, CO. It was a great recommendation. The staff, led by Steve Lauman, diligently work together to help restore the injured person to be whole again. Their constant support, especially on days when you really don’t want to do anything, has always been appreciated and made the down days much better.
