----Protect your children!----
I was misdiagnosed many times from this location. I had a cyst that they misdiagnosed as soft tissue swelling. They loaded me up with Vicodin and anti-inflammatories.. I went back with the uncontrollable pain and then they gave me Percocets on top of what I already had. I went to the emergency room after the cyst burst. Learning about what was really the problem at the emergency room. I went back to the doctor who for some reason offered me another bottle of Percocets. Keep in mind, I was a teen at that point.

For years I went to this doctor's office because of ""allergies"" when I finally stood up for myself and said hey nobody has allergies 24/7 all year round.
At that point I couldn't get an appointment with a specialist until I had a prescription for it so I demanded one at the desk. The doctor refused to give me the recommendation until I started getting vocal in front of the doorway where everyone could see.
After seeing the specialist. I was diagnosed correctly with an impacted sinus infection. I had it for years. So over the years of new anti allergy medication for decongestants were all just covering up the real issue. They just kept prescribing more pills.

Thankfully I had someone in my life that allowed me to see what the Percocets were doing to me. Thankfully that thought alone allowed me to put them down before it became an addiction.

I drive about 30 mins more or less to see Sarah Arsenault, APRN and Ryan Roth, APRN. They are incredible, they care about you and your health and are so down to earth. I appreciate how they treat me as a human and seem to genuinely care. I appreciate the incredible care I’ve received over the years.

The nurses are all wonderful too.

Only tough thing is it can be tough getting an appointment but not always. Most of the front desk is very friendly.

PHENOMINAL doctors office, just unfortunately now they are so busy you may not get to see your actual doctor for a while. I had to step in and see someone else today and it wasn't the same experience I have with Dr. Buckley. I got maybe 5 mins of time to leave with an unclear answer.

First of all, the medical care I've gotten from Dr. Buckley and on occasion when he's been unavailable, from APRN Arsenault is second to none.
They are both very thorough, and spend whatever time is needed with me to answer any and all questions I have.
That said, although the office staff is very friendly and nice, the SYSTEM is BROKEN.
Every time I call the office, it goes automatically to Muzak. I'm usually on hold at LEAST 10 minutes. Today it was over 20 minutes.
I'm not talking about someone answering and asking me to please hold, then waiting 10-20 minutes.
NO! I'm talking about no one even picking up and acknowledging my call for that long.
This is inexcusable, when people need to make appointments or in my case, speak to someone about a prescription order that never got to the pharmacy.
Ok, I'll get off my soapbox now, and say that the medical care I receive is worth five stars, bumped down one star for the office chaos that also shows when one is in the office.

If I could give no stars I would, terrible communications between members, missed vaccines on their part, constantly having to repeat multiple times why we were even there when I had called days prior to speak with the front desk and went over in detail multiple times what my daughter needed. Would never take a child there again. The dr an her nurse Sam were great. Now looking at her paperwork it appears they over vaccinated or fudged her records when I was adamant something was wrong and we will be looking into pursuing this further...

This is by far the best ProHealth office I've ever been to. Everyone there was happy and super interested in me as a patient and I have to say that I have never experienced such a pleasant doctor appointment as I have at this office. The office staff were terrific, the office was super clean and absolutely the nicest I have ever seen, and well appointed. I felt like a patient who was very well respected and ready to be heard versus just a number as I have experienced in other offices, such as Glastonbury.

I called for an appointment for a simple physical. I was told that since I haven't been there In 3 years that I would have to go through like a new patient. However My doctor, Dr Goodsell was taking on new patients. After 10 minutes on hold receptionist returned saying there wasn't anything available until year 2027! What? People are making appointments past 2026
I doubt it. Something is wrong with this office.
Waste of time and receptionist was not helpful what soever.
Booooo.

Absolutely appalling. This location was where I visited my general care physician. She was great. However, I went in for blood work today and upon checking in I was blind sided by one of the receptionists when she announced to the entire room that I had an overdue balance. There were 5 or 6 employees behind the counter and a patient in the waiting room. I did not know I had a balance and when I questioned why I had come in the last three times and nobody had mentioned it to me, she stated that they now inform everyone of any balances they have on file. I asked her why she would be announcing my personal information and embarrassing me to everyone in the room and she said it was their new procedure. I will be filing a complaint with the State Department of Health and the Attorney General's office for a potential violation of the HIPPA Act and breach of my personal privacy and protected information. I advise you to find another place to get care. This was absolutely despicable and they should change their new practice and procedure. If they don't, maybe my filing and complaint with the State of CT will.
