Went yesterday (Thursday) at 8:30 and the office was empty. Front desk was friendly and quick. The nurse who took my vitals was amazing! She was super nice and communicative as well as the doctor he was very thorough with everything and listened to all my concerns.

My first visit and it was a great experience. Front desk had all my info I filled out online so all I needed to do is sign a consent form. Got called in at my appointment time, staff was professional and friendly. Had a severe arthritis problem, got a shot and was feeling much better within 30 minutes, prescription meds also keeping me stable after the shot worn off. Very glad I made the decision to seek care from Accelerated Urgent Care.

This was my second visit to Accelerated Urgent Care in Lake Elsinore, and I am beyond impressed. During my first visit, my son had a one-inch cut on his scalp that clearly needed staples. I called the urgent care, and they assured me they could see him. Fortunately, they are located just across the street from where we live, and he was seen immediately upon our arrival. The staff swiftly and effectively addressed his injury.

My son, who is autistic, was very distressed upon realizing he was bleeding profusely. The provider went out of his way to ensure my son was comfortable, speaking to him with a level of compassion and understanding that is rare to see these days.

My second visit was yesterday, and once again, I was blown away by the exceptional care provided by the staff. They are prompt, efficient, and kind, taking the time to explain treatments thoroughly. They ask the right questions and pay meticulous attention to detail. I am incredibly grateful to have an urgent care facility that truly cares for its community right in my backyard.

I visited this urgent care on September 29, 2024.

Other than having to put a credit card on file (It's always about the money and the only way they would see me) which I don't appreciate, since I have insurance, and should have the ability to pay cash if I desire, I was taken good care of this time. The gal assisting the Dr. gave me an injection, which I usually dread, for an ongoing issue, and I didn't feel a thing. Both she and the Dr. were very pleasant compared to my past visit. They took their time and took very good care of me.

I didn't care for the doctors demeanor during my last visit about 6 months ago, which caused me to take pause before visiting them again. But he wasn't there and I received great care.

Staff still friendly, efficient and helpful. The doctor was very nice and also knowledgeable. Went in around 5PM and didn't have to wait long.

The staff was so friendly and helpful even though we were there right before closing. The doctor was also very nice. He was patient to answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel well cared for.

Staff are friendly and informative, they take the time to acknowledge you when you walk in and listen carefully to what brought you to the urgent care. Saw a nurse practioner who asked good questions to figure out what was needed to heal me. Really appreciate their friendly, efficient help.
